Chapter Two:

~• She woke up the next morning in bed as the sound of her fan buzzed against her ears. She sat up and dragged her hand over her face with a sigh, it was another day. Another day of being herself. She crawled out of bed and stood up putting all her weight on her feet and balancing herself before walking. She walked into the living room and saw Key sleeping on the couch, she cracked a smirk before going into the kitchen. She pulled out a bowl and spoon purposely closing the drawers louder than usual. A groan soon hit her ears "Yah! Do you have to make so much noise?!" Key's annoyed voice echoed through the living room in his normal cold tone. "My apartment. I can do what I want." she answered pouring her cereal into her bowl "It's four in the morning." he manages to stumble to the counter rubbing his messy hair "Why are you up?" "Because I have to go to work, you're the one with a day off not me." Key looked at her with sleepy eyes "Work isn't for another six hours." Gina took a bite of her sugary cereal without looking at him "Gina." she glanced up "Why are you really up?" She hesitated as she chewed her food with a crunch, she didn't want to tell him, she couldn't tell him. Gina had a lot of problems, the type of problems that made everyday a struggle for her, more like a living hell. Since she was in her early teens she's battled with savvier depression. Durning that time she attempted suicide twice and put her parents through hell. It was pretty bad. Her guilt then ate at her for years, she couldn't apologize to them enough. It was also around the time she joined ElecTro, even though she knew them from school it took a while for her to see them as family and become as close to them as she is now. It wasn't until SoonHee found her a broken mess in the restroom one day that she actually opened up. She loved all of her member and trusted them deeply, but SoonHee helped her a lot through her dark days. "No reason." she finally answered and Key looked very unsatisfied "Really? You got up at four in the morning and fixed a mountain bowl of fattening cereal for no reason?" She dipped her spoon back in for another scoop "Yes." He laughed as he straightened his back "You don't expect me to believe that do you?" Gina lifted her bowl with spoon in hand and walked past him back to her room. She could hear him following as she walked in and sat on her bed cross-legged taking another spoonful into her mouth. Key stood in the door way watching her eat "You're not gonna let it go are you?" She glanced at him and saw his smirk "Nope, this is the hundredth time you've done something weird like this?" Weird. He thinks I'm weird. Her body tensed as the negativity started to spread, she was also sensitive to words, they could cut her like a knife. Pathetic isn't it? A Jpop/Kpop Idol, part of one of the most famous groups in the world, extremely self-conscious about her body, her skin, her looks, everything. "Is it because you can't sleep? I can lay with you if you want." Gina laughed trying not to sound to exaggerated, she'd honestly like that very much, she's always had feelings for Kibum but didn't dare to tell him. She would have been humiliated, Key was way to good for her, everything he did, to the people he hung out with we're so classy. Her confessing to him would be a stupid and foolish thing to do. "I don't think your Queen of the world girlfriend would like that Key" To put it in the nicest and sweetest way possible, Skyler was a total bitch, and that's being nice. She hated Gina with a passion and Gina returned it each time with grace. She was and still is the most important girl in Key's life, they were really close and Skyler couldn't seem to accept that. "Yeah you're right" he flopped on the bed making it shake as he leaned toward her "But that doesn't mean I have to tell her." Gina smiled at him as he flashed a grin "Some boyfriend you are, keeping secrets from your girlfriend for over a year." "Hey, I have to keep secrets from her, if I don't she'd have a breakdown every five minutes. Could you imagine the chaos that would break out if she knew I was sleeping here?" Gina twisted her eyebrow with a hum "You chose to date her..." Key looked at her in silence as she continued to stuff her face full of cereal. His eyes wavered a little and he snatched the bowl from her causing her to whine like a child "Yah! Give me my food back!" "You're eating because you're upset, and since you won't tell me you don't get your food. Now go to sleep."He walked toward the door and she whinned again "But I'm not sleepy~! Kibummie~!" she called after him and Key sighed turning to look at her. He didn't know why but he was always a weakling when it came to Gina, maybe it's because he's known her for so long or maybe it's because he really did care for her. He knew she was hiding something, she always had been, it worried him and no matter how much he tried he couldn't get her to talk. But he would one day. "Fine." he handed the bowl back to her "But I'm eating all your chips."

~• Once the work day actually started it was hectic from the beginning. She had an early photo shoot with interview after interview. Other girls much slimmer than her walked around, gossiping, giggling, it made her nervous. They all looked so pretty, and there she was, even being dressed in the finest of clothes couldn't make her more appealing. Disgusting...I look disgusting...I just wanna go back home. But she knew her day was far from over, she had a music video to make with the girls, then an appearance to make on a new TV show and a radio show to do after that. It's gonna be over soon Gina, just put on your happy face. Just like you do everyday.
