Chapter 2. The new girl

Lucy P.O.V 

I ran out of the guild, I just ran. I could hear Mira calling my name as she saw me. Im sorry to worry my friends but right now, I really am not in the mood for anything. 

I ran and ran until I reached my apartment. 

''How.. How could you Natsu,'' I managed to say, while crying. I hugged my pillow and fell to the floor. 

I'm just letting my feelings out, I can't keep them locked up inside any longer.

~~In The Morning~~

I woke up, and realised I was on the floor, with my pillow. I then remembered, I'm not on team Natsu anymore. A tear went down my cheek, but I wiped it. 

''Lucy, stop. You're not weak... y-you.. I'm not weak!!'' I thought to myself. I grabbed some clothes and made my way towards the bathroom. ''I just need a bath right now,'' I murmered.

**20 Minutes later**

I'm now sitting on my bed, wondering if I should go to the guild or not. I was afraid to go, Maybe i should just stay at home now. 

Then, I heard a knock on the door. Who could it be? Well, not Natsu since he comes through the window, and of course without asking or informing me. Besides he's probably the last person I want to see right now.

I walked towards the door and opened it, to my suprise, it was Lisanna. 

Honestly, I'm not mad at her, really. She said she tried stopping him, I'm not blaming her, but I am depressed right now.

''Hey Lisanna, come in,'' I said calmly.

She nodded and made her way towards my bed.

We both sat down on the bed. She frowned. I don't think she should be sad.

I smiled at her. ''Look, Lis, I'm not mad at you or anything, so turn that frown upside down,'' I said, smiling.

Her eyes widened, then she smiled back at me. Good to see her smiling.

''I'm sorry, I really did try telling him not to, but he's stubborn,'' She explained.

I sighed. ''I don't blame you Lisanna, not at all.''

She smiled, and I giggled a bit. 

''But, I'm not going to the guild today.''

She nodded. ''Well, I have to go, me and team Natsu are going on a job, and well I just have to go,'' She said.

''Its fine, go,'' I told her, assuring her i'll be fine here on my own.

She then made her way towards the door. 

''But Lucy, don't do anything stupid, please,'' She told me, before she left the apartment.

I sighed. ''Okay,'' I murmered to myself.                                                                                                               

But, deep inside I felt tired, tired of everything. Of the fact that I'm being ignored, of the fact that I can't stop thinking about Natsu, I'm tired of the pain, of everything. Then, I realised, that i'm crying. I just couldn't keep the tears in. 

I lied down on the bed, I hugged my pillow and cried. I cried and cried, my feelings out. It did feel better than keeping them locked up inside me. After a few minutes I fell asleep.

But I woke up shortly after. I looked around me, I just had a feeling like i've been watched. It was a very weird feeling, but I decided to ignore it.

''Maybe i'll just go to the guild,'' I said to myself, while picking out clothes.

I got changed into the clothes I normally wear, put on my brown boots, grabbed my Celestial keys and ran out of the apartment. I needed some fresh air, besides, I guess I could be considered weak if I didn't go to the guild just because Natsu has kicked me out of the team. 

I reached the guild, and opened the guild doors. I waved to Levy and Gajeel who were sitting at a table at the back. I made my way towards the bar, and I sat on a stool. 

''Hey Mira,'' I said.

''Oh, hey Lucy! What's up?'' She asked, smiling at me.

I frowned. Should I tell Mira that Natsu has kicked me out of the team? 

I sighed. ''Well, I'm not on team Natsu anymore,'' I murmered.

Mira's eyes widened. She looked shocked.

''Oh my, I'm sorry Lucy. Are you okay?''

I nodded and looked at the job request board.

''I don't have time for being sad.'' I asumed. ''I'm going to go on a job tomorrow since my rent is due in 3 days.''

''But, are you going on a solo job?'' She asked, concerned.

''Yes.''

She nodded. ''Do you want anything to drink?''

I smiled. ''Well, I would like a glass of lemonade then, please,'' I said, giggling.

She smiled. ''Coming right up.''

I felt much better than yesterday, but I was still sad at the fact that Natsu has kicked me out.

Thats when the guild doors flung open, I turned around to see a strange girl, coming towards the bar. She has long, wavy, brown hair that go down up to her waist, Crystal blue eyes and a backpack. ''Where's the master?'' She said, her voice sounding bitter.

''He's out now, he'll be back soon,'' Mira replied, smiling at her. For some reason, as I looked at the girl, I had a feeling i'm not going to like her. She then came closer to me and glared at me, with her blue eyes. I felt a shiver run down my spine. If looks could kill, i'd be dead!  (Actually I think if looks could kill, that would be awesome XD) 

I glared back at her. She sat on a stool beside me and gave me a glare one last time. Yeah, my feeling was right. I don't like her already.

Then, the Master came. He saw the unfamilar girl. The girl got up and made her way towards master Makarov. ''Are you the master?" She asked. ''Yes, I am, what brings you here?"  ''I want to join Fairy Tail,'' She said. ''Very well, come to my office and we'll talk there,'' He said. The girl followed the master to his office. 

Wow, she wants to join? Well, I still get this bad feeling about her, I just don't know. But I will stay away from this girl. I already have enough on my mind.

''Here's your lemonade Lucy,'' Said Mira, pointing to the glass in front of me.

''Arigato,'' I said, smiling.

I can't help but wonder, about the new girl. She doesn't seem friendly, I can tell you that. But I'm curious about her. I get a weird feeling when i'm around her. 

Then I saw her coming, with her guild mark on her stomach, it was green, She came towards me. 

''Are you Lucy Heartfilia?'' She asked me, glaring at me.

''Yes I am,'' I replied.

After she heard my reply, she smirked.
