Chapter 4. On a job with friends.

Lucy P.O.V

I saw the way Vera smirked at me, before she went out of the guild with Natsu, is she planning to confess to him or something!? My mind is full of thoughts... Jeez I am crazy.

I closed my eyes for a few seconds.

''Natsuu!! Where are you going!?'' Yelled Happy, flying after them.

I opened my eyes, and saw Lisanna running to me. ''Lisanna?'' I murmered. She grabbed my wrist and rushed out the guild doors, with me, towards Natsu and Vera, as well as Happy who was talking about not leaving him.

''Happy, I'll be back soon. Don't worry,'' He said, smiling.

''Natsu, if you're going on a job, bring me and Lucy with you.'' Lisanna said, glaring at the two.

Vera gave me a cold look, and I remembered what she said, I just hope she won't kill me or anthing. But I actually want to go on that mission with them, So i'm grateful to Lisanna who dragged me with her.

Natsu opened his mouth to protest, But I didn't let him. ''I agree with Lisanna, bring us,'' I said.

Vera looked angry, thought she could hook up with Natsu? I don't think so!! 

Natsu P.O.V

Huh? Lisanna  wants  to go with us? And she wants to take Lucy!? I'm not sure if I should bring them, I mean, what if something happened? 

I opened my mouth to protest but Lucy stopped me.

''I agree with Lisanna, bring us,'' She said, her eyes glaring at me. She.. she looks cute when she's serious. Wait, what am I thinking!? I mentally facepalmed myself and looked the two in the eyes.

''Okay then. the more the merrier,'' I told them, smiling slightly.

Lisanna smiled and wrapped her hand around Lucy. Lucy giggled. 

Vera P.O.V

That girl, Ugh! I told her the consequences if she gets in between me and Natsu! What a brat she is!! There's no way i'm going to let her off. I need my revenge. I bet she planned all this and asked Lisanna to help her. That brat. 

But when Natsu agreed, My anger boiled inside me. I clenched my fists. ''That stupid brat!!'' i thought. 

But then I smirked at Lucy, who, looked scared as she looked at me. Haha, that kid.'''

''Well then, lets go already,'' I said as I grabbed Natsu's wrist and ran towards the train station.

Lucy P.O.V

I watched as Vera grabbed Natsu's wrist and ran with him. I clenched my fists. I won't lose to you, and I'm not a weakling!! I'm not scared. ''I'm.. not.. scared.'' I echoed as I ran after them. Lisanna soon running after us, as well as the blue exceed who also's coming with us.

''Hey Natsu, Mind showing me the job request? I want to know what kind of job it is.'' I told Natsu, who, was laying on the ground after the run. 

''Come on, the train station is over there!'' Moaned Vera, pointing to the train station not far away.

I sighed. She really is trying to get me away from Natsu, jeez, that girl is annoying.

Natsu pulled out the job request from his pocket and handed it over to me. ''Here,'' He said, smiling.
