CHAPTER SEVEN
After Val dealed with this really awkward and surprising situation he realized he let Zenday go on her own out there in New York. Yeah he probably was more protective of her than he should be that’s the way he was.
It was getting dark pretty fast this season of the year and he didn’t want her to walk alone. He run downstairs hoping that even if it was a while since Zendaya run out he would still be able to catch her.
He stormed out of the building right into pouring rain. He looked on the left and then on the right when his eyes saw her sitting on the ground with her back to the wall. She was just looking infront of her, it was like she zoned out not really aware of what was going on. She seemed to not even mind that rain was heavily pouring on her.
"Zendaya?" He asked coming closer to her. He bent down worried that she didn’t react. Even through thick rain he saw her eyes were empty and she looked broken.
"Come on baby." He said picking her up. He walked back to the studio and put her back on the couch. He sat next to her but not too close.
"Zendaya?" He asked again but there was no respons from her again. She really started to worry him, it was like she was there but at the same time she was absent.
"Babe talk to me…" He asked with his soft warm voice taking her hand into his.
Zendaya slowly turned her head to him and even if she was totally soaked he could see tears running down her cheeks, that broke his heart as well cause he knew he caused them.
"Oh God." He sighed before whiping her tears away. He stood up and brought her with him by her hand. She was like a doll doing whatever he told and made her do.
He wasn’t sure how to bring her back to reality. Then and idea poped into his head. He wasn’t sure about it hell he didn’t think about it as a good idea but he had to risk cause seeing her like this made him feel like the worst person on the world.
So he lean in slowly and pressed his lips to hers gently. It was very subtle kiss it didn’t last long but he felt a little respons from Zendaya as her whole body relaxed a little bit. He linger his lips for a little bit longer before he pulled off looking straight into her eyes looking for any kind of emotions in them and he found it, he found confusion mixed with something slightly similar to happiness what gave him hope he didn’t cross any line.
"Come on you need to dry yourself." He rubbed her arms up and down trying to make her feel warmer.
She nodded it was first respons from her he got and he was glad she was back with him. He took her hand and lead her to his office where he took some towel and gave her. She started to dry herself but there was lack of enegery in her move, she seemed so tired, exhausted.
"Let me help you." Val took towel from her and he started to dry her making rough movements but being careful not to hurt her in any way. When her arms were dry he moved to her hair. Her long brown a little bit wavy hair were soaked, falling down on her face.
Val stared at her for a second trying to focus on every part of her face. She was the most beautiful woman he has ever seen and yes even if she was only 18 he saw her as a woman, full grown up one. He loved everything about her face. Her big brown eyes that could tell you more than words her perfect shaped lips that he just kissed and wanted to do that over and over again. Her cute nose, beautiful cheeks bones, overall she was breathtaking.
"You are starting to look creepy." Zendaya’s voice woke him up from his little journey around her face. He shook his head laughing nervously. "Sorry."
