CHAPTER EIGHT

Zenday was sitting on the floor really nervous about what she was going to hear. Val said it had something to do with her and he really seemed desperate to give her an explaination but she wasn’t fully aware if she was ready for what could come out from his mouth. 

"Wait!" She said louder then intended.

Val looked at her slightly confused. He raised his eyebrow at her wondering what was so improtant she had to interrupt him when he was about to talk.

"What?" He asked.

"Well…" She looked at the floor and she realized that there was no answer that would have sense right now cause she wasn’t sure what was her fear as well. "Nothing, continue." She lift her head looking briefly at him.

Val looked closely at her face trying to read what was on her mind but damn she was so good at hiding emotions. He moved closer to her and put his hand on her back. “Are you okay?” He truly was concerne.

"Yes, yes fine." She said quickly not wanting to drag this awkward, for her, moment. 

Val took her hand into his interlinking their fingers together. He brought her hand to his lips and kissed it gently. “You are nervous.” He laughed. So after all he managed to guess what was going on with her.

She blushed gently looking at the floor, she lift her head back up she needed to find confidence in her. “Will you start talking? Because soon I will change my mind.” She didn’t want to sound too harsh so she smiled at him shortly.

He shook his head at her sudden weirdness, she really was a weird girl but in a good way, she was still like a new territory for him, so many places to descover and find out it was really exciting for him.

"Okay, okay no need to rush geez." He made dramatic face that made Zendaya giggle, it was such a cute sound, like a music for his ears, it made him smile big.

"Okay so basically what you saw, you shouldn’t see that, it wasn’t the way I planned to do that." He looked down being a little bit ashamed of himself.

Zendaya rubbed his hand with her thumb gently as their hands were still connected. She wanted to give him some support, she didn’t like to see people down especially those that she cared about.

"It’s okay breaking up is never easy." Zendaya said because that’s what she tought this was about, break up.

Val looked at her like she was some monster with tho heads. “Break up?” His eyes grew bigger he was honestly surprised. “Me with Daria?” Now he laughed, okay he started to look like a psycho or something.

"Yeah…you and her you were…" Zendaya started but didn’t finish as Vals face was just getting more and more amused.

"No." He shaked his hand and laughed. "We weren’t together, never. I mean she wanted but I wasn’t interested. We worked really well together like amazing the chemistry and all that but I couldn’t imagine a relationship with her, she was just so simple and obvious." Now a little smile creeped on his lips, smile like he knew something that no one else did. "not like you." He finished looking at Zendaya and smiling warmly.

She had to put a lot of effort not to throw herself at him right now cause in mixed way what he said made her realized he liked her and his intention towards her were clear and rather serious than just one make out session that they shared.

So she decided to do something she has never done in her life. She brought his hand to her lips and kissed it the way he always did but she didn’t stop with one kiss, somehow kissing him gave her pleasure. His skin was so warm and soft and he smelled so good so she kissed him one more time literally smiling at his hand.
