I woke up early that morning bad tempered. I hadn't slept at all, dreams of the car smashing into the tree, a branch though my brother's chest and Harry's body twisted at a painful angle. I got dress and went down for breakfast early when the hall was almost except for a few people. I got some toast, butter and jam and coffee. I was starting to drink more and more coffee and to be honest I neither liked or disliked the taste but it kept me awake during the day.

"Good morning, You're the boy for the Book story" I looked up to see Luna Lovegood.

"Hello, I thought you got into Ravenclaw" I asked as she sat down.

"I did but you were looked lonely and there are so few people here, I don't believe it matters" She smiled, she seemed to be staring though me rather than at me. "Plus I don't have many friends at the moment and you're the only person I know" She said helping herself to a piece of toast.

"Well, we can be friends, would you like me to show to you class, once Flitwick gives you your time table" I smiled. She giggled.

"You have jam on your face" She explained when I looked confused. I blushed the same colour as the jam and wiped it of my face with a napkin.

"Thanks" I mumbled. McGonagall and Flitwick came into the hall soon after that and I escaped for the hall just as Harry and Ron entered. I said good morning to Hermione but ignored Ron and Harry, not even looking at them. They didn't even know what they did.

"I can't believe him" Ron sprayed the table with food.

"Well, I can't blame him" Hermione wiping food from her book. "Even though he was putting on a brave face on the train, he looked shaken up" She said going back to her reading.

"Yeah but couldn't he see we were safe" Ron grumbled.

"I don't think it works like that and probably having a vision is scary, plus Fred slapped him"

"Fred slapped him?" I asked.

"We didn't know what else to do, his eyes had rolled back in his head, he was muttering and trembling so violently, it was terrifying to what and he was the one consoling me afterwards, plus he looks terrible, like he hasn't slept in a month" She closed her book and set it on the table.

"He still didn't need to act like my mum" Ron grumbled.

"Well what you expecting a pat on the back, you seem to forget you and your family are the first family Taylor has"

"I can't get the look on his face out of my mind, his face was .... Blank" that was the only way I could disturb it, as if he had all emotion suck from him.

"I remember it too, he looked like that when he first arrived at my house" Ron said stuffing his face with more food.

"Maybe you should apologize" Hermione said putting away her book and looking at her timetable. "Charms first, we should get going".

When we entered Professor Flitwick's classroom, I was surprised to see that Taylor wasn't there. He was never late to class and I could see that Ron looked a little worried but would never admit it if I asked. Ten minutes after class started, Taylor finally showed.

"Sorry, Professor, I was showing a first year you her class" he apologized before taking his seat next to Hermione, his face had flushed red.

"Seeing as it is the first day I'll let you off with it" Professor nodded and started recapping what we went over that year.
