Maddie's POV

We just landed in California and it as like 2 am here. "Do we have to get on another airplane?" I complained laying my head on Ash's shoulder. He kissed my head and Calum said, "No were staying here tonight!" "Yay..." I said half enthusiastically burying face in Ash's neck wrapping my arms around him. We got out of the van we took to the hotel. Ashton tugged me out by my arm and I let my weight lean on him. "Maddie!!" He giggled slightly. "What babe?" I replied rubbing my eyes. "I can't hold both of our weight!!!" I nodded and stood straight. We got our room and walked up. Ashton and I walked into our bedroom and he pulled me to him by my waist. He pressed his lips on mine and I wrapped my arms around his neck. "Ashton!! Stop kissing my sister!!!" Calum complained from the doorway. We pulled apart and I laid my forehead on Ashton's chest. "Ashton? Can the guys and I talk to you?" He nodded and kissed my forehead. "I'll be right back beautiful..." He whispered. I nodded, "I'm going to go to bed."

Ashton's POV

"So what's up?" I asked wanting to get back to Maddie. "We need to talk about Maddie's and Annie's birthday!!!" Luke said. "Birthday?" I asked confused. "Yeah they have the same one! December 12!!" Michael smiled. "Maybe we should talk about this with Niall and the other guys tomorrow?" Calum suggested. "Why??" I asked getting impatient. "Niall's dating Annie and Harry may or may not like Maddie and-" I cut him off. "He what?!" "I said may or may not!!" "C'mon Cal!! We all know he does!!" Luke laughed. "He told you guys too?" "No!! But it's not hard to see!! He always watches her and he has this look in his eyes when she's there and it just easy to see!!" I put my head in my hands. "But he told me he would not make a move on her since you 2 are dating!!" Calum finished. "Good, he better not!" I said looking up with my jaw set. "Whoa!" Luke said. "What?!" I asked. "Ashton's angry!!" He laughed. I got up and walked to mine and Maddie's room. I opened the door and she was laying on the bed curled up sleeping. I smiled, 'Shes mine...' I thought to myself. "Ash?" Maddie's voice asked. "Yes baby..." I whispered pulling my clothes off and climbing in next to her. She pulled herself towards me and pressed her forehead against my chest. I know now that if we break up or if i even hurt her Harry's gonna be her shoulder to cry on and they'll become a 'thing' so I have to tell Maddie what I've been scared to for the past 10 months. "Maddie, I love you." I whispered. "I love you too, Ash."
