Missing Papers

"Where are my papers!?" I shouted. I ran everywhere trying to find my music. "No, no, no! Argh! I can't believe I lost my music!" I said frustratingly.

"Chelsea, what's wrong? Why are you so loud in the morning." V said. He had woken up from my shouting. 

" Sorry, it's just, I can't find my papers anywhere. I put so much effort and if I don't find them, I have less time to practise." I explained. V stood up and walked to me. He gave me a back hug.

"Don't worry. You'll do fine without them. Just ask Suga for the sheets again, and Rap Mon and I will help you. No big deal." He said calmly. He rested his head on my shoulder and started to breathe on my neck.

"V oppa, stop it. I don't want Jungkook to get angry again." I said, I nudged V head away and unwrapped his hands around me. I went out of my room and knocked on everyone's door. I kept asking them if they had seen my papers. Everyone said no. I was so disappointed.

"Hey Chelsea, just do it again," Jimin said peeking out of his room as I was walking away. I looked down. Jungkook came out of his room and told me to come in. Rap Mon went out to the bathroom. Jungkook told me to sit on his bed and so I did. He sat in front of me.

"Chelsea, don't get upset." He said. "It doesn't really matter who wins. Just show that you have talent. It might not be better than Daniya's but at least, you have something to show. Just don't worry ok?" He said. He pecked my lips. I looked down and tears started to stream down my face. "Chelsea... don't cry," Jungkook said. He pulled me into a hug and wiped my tears away.

"When are you going to stop with your lovey dovey stuff and eat breakfast," Jin said out of nowhere. He seemed really pissed off. Jungkook and I stood and followed him to the kitchen. Everyone was talking to each other. Jungkook went to sit down with the boys whilst I helped Jin. Jin didn't want me to help though.

"Jin. What's wrong with you? You seem really upset." I said worriedly. He didn't reply. "Jin! Oppa!" I said shaking his shoulder.

"Stop annoying me will you? Can't you see I'm busy?" He said trying not to raise his voice.

"Let me help," I responded.

"Just get out of the way!" Jin yelled and pushed me. I hit the bench and a cup of hot water poured onto me. The cup fell the ground and smashed. I crouched down and started to cry. The water burnt my arm and it was stinging. The boys had seen it.

Jungkook stood up and saw me crying. I was rubbing my burn and trying to pick up the pieces of the cup. "Chelsea, what happened?" He kneeled down to help me. He saw my arm. "Chelsea, what happened?" He asked again but in a more demanding voice. He looked up to Jin. "What did you do to her?" Jungkook yelled.

"Is that how you talk to someone older than you?" Jin yelled back.

"I don't care! What did you do to her?!" Jungkook yelled back. Jin was about to punch Jungkook when I stepped in.

"S-s-s-stop!" I yelled trying to ignore the pain. I fell to the ground,  breathing heavily.

"Chelsea!" Jungkook shouted. He picked me up (bridal style) and brought me to my room. Rap Mon told the others to get towels and cold water. Jungkook lay me down.

"Ow ow ow..." I gasped. Jimin came in with towels and, V and J brought in cold water. They put the towels underneath my arm and rubbed water onto the burnt skin. I gasped as the cold water made contact with my skin. The boys were trying to keep me still.

///Time Skip///

The boys had finished. My arm was settling down. The boys had put on aloe vera to cool my skin even more.

"What happened?" Suga asked.

"Nothing..." I replied. " I just knocked over the cup and it spilt on me" I lied.

"Next time be careful," Rap Mon ordered.

"It's okay. I was just worried because I lost my papers," I said. The boys looked at each other. I didn't know if they believed me or not. I didn't want Jin to get into trouble and I don't want the boys to hate him.

"Chelsea... does the performance mean that much to you?" J-hope asked. I nodded.

"I just want to show you guys what I can do. I've been such a burden to you guys." I said.

"You're not a burden to us. You always try your best and that makes us happy. Don't overwork yourself." V said. I smiled. I sat up and the boys started to clean.

"Where's Jin by the way?" I asked. The boys looked at each other and looked down. They left. I followed them out in silence. Jungkook stopped me and brought me back into my room. He closed the doors and looked at me.

"What is it Jungkook? What are you doing?" I said. He brought his fingers to his mouth, signalling a 'be quiet'.

"I went to go get the aloe vera from Daniya's dorm because we didn't have any left. She let me in and went on her phone. She told me where the aloe vera was. When I went to go get it, she must've thought that I couldn't hear her, but..." Jungkook went silent.

"What? Go on,"I said.

"I heard her talking about her performance. She was talking to someone, she said that she had taken a piece of music from our dorm. She was like 'Omg, I took her piece of music from their dorm. Now she doesn't have anything to perform. I will win for sure. Find a girl with a good voice and record her singing the song. I'll give you the music when we get to school'" Jungkook imitated. He was using such a high voice that I started to giggle. He silenced me.

"Do you think Daniya took your music?" Jungkook asked. I thought for moment.

"I think so, last night I heard my door open and paper moving. She must've taken it." I remembered.

"The boys already know of this, but I wanted to tell you secretively. The boys told me not to tell you." Jungkook said. He told me not tell the others that I found out.

"Tonight, V, Jimin and I will go get you the music. We just don't know how." Jungkook rubbed his neck.

"Why don't you ask PDnim to get it for you?" I said. Jungkook looked at me with a mischevious smile.

"I love how you're my girlfriend."
