My head was still whirling when I went up to my room to change into my bathing suit.
"Am I really about to go swimming with a ghost?", I questioned. The thought of it made me shiver.
It was all so much to take in, but if my grandma is right, I need to help him somehow.
I glanced at the mirror, looking at myself from head to toe. Not quite the bikini body I wish I had, but what does it matter? No sense in trying to impress a dead boy, right?

I heard a knock at the front door, and my heart stopped beating for a split second. Jungkook. Here goes nothing.
I opened the door and peered out to see a happy Jungkook dressed in a t-shirt and swim trunks. "Ready?", he asked, excitedly. "Yep, I'm ready.", I said with a smile, trying to act as normal as possible. Should I tell him I know?
We walked down the road until we reached the edge of the woods where a stone path lead back into the trees. I gulped realizing what I was doing. I'm going into the woods with a ghost. Wow, this isn't scary. I know I probably shouldn't be worried, because it's Jungkook. He's so sweet...but it's all just so strange.
"Here we are!", he said as the path opened up to a sparkling lake with the sun shining down on it. There was little purple flowers in the grass, lining the rim of the lake.
"Wow, it's so pretty." I said, taking in the sight.
"Yeah, it is. I learned how to swim in this lake.", he said before pulling his shirt over his head, revealing his toned body. I couldn't help but stare for a moment, before sharply turning my head away.
Lily, for the love of god, you can't be attracted to him.
"I take it that you haven't seen many guys shirtless.", Jungkook laughed, when he noticed I was looking away.
"Oh what? No, it's just...there was a bug behind me. It's gone now...bye bug haha.", I said with a nervous laugh.
Jesus Christ.
"Oh okkk.", he said with a smirk. Why am I like this?

We entered the water which was a bit colder than I hoped it was. Goosebumps covered my skin as the water creeped up to my waist. Jungkook didn't seem to be bothered by it, as he swam out in front of me. Probably because...you know. He's dead.
"Hey, you ok?", he asked suddenly, swimming up to me. "You seem upset.", he said studying my face.
"Jungkook", I hesitated, not being sure what to say. "I know...about you.", I said in a low voice.
"Know what about me?", he questioned.
"I know what happened three years ago. I know you're dead.", I spoke, looking down at the water. He was silent, and the only noise to be heard was the lake.
"Oh.", he finally said, with a hint of sadness in his voice. "You're not scared are you?", he said as I looked up to meet his worried eyes. "I know this is probably really weird for you, but you know I'd never hurt you, right?" He said, bringing his fingers up to my cheek to brush a strand of hair out of my face. I suddenly felt much more comfortable, realizing that I had nothing to be afraid of. I know he'd never hurt me. He may be a ghost, but he's still just a boy. A boy that needs my help. "Of course not, Jungkook.", I said, sincerely.

Sorry if this was short and crappy, but it'll get better.
