That night, Jungkook slept over at my grandparents' house in the room across the hall from me. It was 1 in the morning, but I still wasn't asleep. So many things were running through my mind, and I was just waiting for someone to pinch me so I'd wake up. I knew that wouldn't happen though. No matter how long I sat and thought about it, I couldn't wrap my head around it. He's alive. I especially can't believe the fact that I think I'm truly in love with him.

--------------------------------------

I tossed and turned for another half our until I finally gave up. It wasn't happening. I couldn't sleep. I pushed the covers off of myself and stood up, tiptoeing out into the hall way. Jungkook's door was barely cracked, and I decided to push it open a little to see if he was asleep.

"Lily?", he whispered as my head peeked in the door. I gave him a sheepish smile, hoping he didn't think I was trying to watch him sleep.

"Oh, you're awake. I couldn't sleep.", I whispered back. I hoped that since it was pretty dark, he couldn't see me blushing.

He patted the bed on the empty spot next to him, gesturing for me to join him. I hesitated, remembering that my grandparents are right downstairs. Screw it. They're old. It's not like they'll be hiking up those steps.

I shuffled over to the bed and pulled the covers back before crawling under them next to Jungkook. That's when I realized that he was shirtless, causing my already blushing cheeks to practically burst into flames. He immediately threw an arm over me and pulled me closer to him so my side was pressed against his body. I turned towards him so we were now chest to chest. The warmth radiating from him was so unfamiliar but amazingly comforting. I snuggled in closer to his chest causing him to chuckle. I looked up to meet his face, and even though it was dark, the light of the moon shining through the window allowed me to see that he was smiling down at me.

"You have no idea how badly I've wanted this since the day I met you. And now that I'm alive, I can finally have it. I can finally have you. Will you be mine, Lily?", he spoke softly as he brought his hand up to stroke my cheek.

"Yes, Jungkook. I'll be yours.", I smiled, before we both began to lean in.

His warm, soft lips pressed against mine, molding perfectly. He slowly began to move them against mine and I followed. This was our first REAL kiss if you don't count the 2 second peck we shared earlier that day. This one was more intimate. I couldn't get enough. His tongue licked my bottom lip and I allowed him to slip it into my mouth as mine danced along with his. His hand slowly traveled down from my cheek to my waist, pulling my body even closer to his, leaving no space in between.

We soon pulled apart to catch our breath, and we both had a look of amazement spread across our faces.

"I liked that.", I said, trying to hold in my giggle.

"Me too.", Jungkook panted. "You taste like cherries.", he laughed, giving me a cute smile.

He pecked me once more on the lips before we both said goodnight and drifted off into a deep sleep together.

-------------------------------------

I woke up early the next morning to be met with a sleeping Jungkook. I smiled, remembering the events of last night. I stole a glance at his abs, since he was sleeping, so he wouldn't know. I laughed at myself before realizing I should probably head back to my room just in case one of my grandparents were to come in.

Later that day...

"So he just...came back to life?", my mom questioned. My parents had arrived a while ago and my grandma was currently explaining to them the whole...situation.

"Pretty much. As you can see, he's alive and well.", my grandma said, gesturing to Jungkook. He gave a shy smile to my mom in which she returned. She didn't seem to be too phased by it all, but my dad's jaw was practically hitting the ground as my grandma explained everything. "Well he seems like a lovely boy and I'm glad Lily likes him. Now come on, Jungkook. Let's take you to your parents.", she said while getting in the car. "I'm still confused.", my dad sighed. Apparently he hadn't had the experience with the supernatural that my mom's side of the family had. "Me too, dad. It's complicated.", I chuckled.

I stuffed my belongings in the back of the car before hopping in the back seat. Jungkook sat next to me, and of course the only thing he had was himself, no belongings. I gave him a reassuring smile, seeing that he seemed a bit nervous. We said our goodbyes to my grandparents before starting the car. Our long trip back had begun.
