Chapter 13

Tim relaxes on top of Adam after both men had reached their peaks.

"You definitely are a demon." Adam chuckles wrapping his arms tightly around Tim.

Tim raises his head and kisses Adam's swollen lips softly and tenderly.

"I love you, Angel." Tim whispers into the kiss.

"I love you, Demon." Adam whispers.

Both men forgetting about the stranger that had been haunting Tim.

"Next time, you bottom." Adam says softly as Tim leaves feathery kisses along his jaw.

"Looking forward to it." Tim whispers as he nibbles on the angel's ear.

"Oh Crap!" Adam says as he remembers about their visitor.

"What's wrong?" Tim ask, raising up to look at Adam.

"Is he still here? Is he watching us?" Adam ask, giving the demon a worried look.

Tim looks over his shoulder, his eyes roaming the room.

"I don't have that feeling of being watched that I had earlier." Tim answers shaking his head. "He must have left."

"Whew, that's good." Adam says before taking the opportunity that was given to him to bite Tim's neck.

Tim moans and smiles as Adam kisses and nibbles on his neck.

"As much as I would love to stay in bed with you all day and go for round two, we do have things to do. Like look for your book and I need to check my appointments." Tim says kissing Adam quickly on the lips before raising up.

"But this is more fun." Adam giggles.

"That's true." Tim says, rubbing Adam on the stomach. "But I can't afford for Satan to get mad at me again. Avi is not always going to come to my rescue."

Tim gets his book out of his jacket pocket and hands it to the angel. "What's my next appointment?"

"Let's see." Adam says as he looks through the book. "You have a hit and run at the corner of Oak and Vine Street at 11:45. A lady by the name of Mandy Oliver."

"Well, we need to get dressed and get going then." Tim says as he begins to gather his clothes.

They arrive at the corner of Oak and Vine at 11:30. A crowd of people were gathered and the lights of an ambulance and several cop cars flash brightly.

"Oh hell. Not again." Tim says as they walk quickly through the crowd.

The crumpled body of an elderly lady lay on the ground. Cops was questioning the witnesses of the accident. The paramedics works desperately on the lady's body.

 Avi stood by the body as the demons takes the soul with them. He sees Tim and rolls his eyes. "The boss's patience is wearing thin with you, Timothy."

"Avi, this wasn't suppose to happen until 11:45." Tim tries to explain.

"11:15, Tim." Avi says crossing his arms across his chest. "What is your problem? I can't keep doing your job for you."

"Avi, I swear. It's not my fault. The book says 11:45." Tim says, running a hand through his hair as he looks down at the deceased lady.

"It does. I read it myself." Adam adds trying to help Tim out.

"Well, all I know is that Lucifer is just about ready to call you back for a little pep talk, if you know what I mean." Avi says as he watches the paramedics cover the body.

Tim sighs and looks up at the gathered crowd. His eyes connecting with a man in the crowd of people. The man was staring right at him with a silly grin on his face.

Tim slowly looks around behind him, thinking that the guy was looking at someone else. But there was no one else behind him.

He looks back around at the guy that looks vaguely familiar. The guy in the crowd had a huge grin on his face as he waves at the demon.

"Hey, Avi?" Tim says looking around at the smaller demon that was now looking at Tim's book. "Who's that guy?"

"What guy?" Avi ask as he looks up from the book.

"That one." Tim says looking back at the crowd but the guy was gone. "Wait, where'd he go?"

"Tim, I don't have time for your games." Avi says as he shakes his head and looks back down at the book.

"I'm serious. He was right there in the crowd. He was looking right at me." Tim says as his eyes searches the crowd.

"That's impossible. You're a demon. No one can see you besides other demons and angels." Avi says waving him off.

"Well, this guy did. He smiled and waved at me. He looked kind of familiar." Tim says.

"What did he look like?" Adam says as he also eyes the crowd.

"He was tall. Had short hair and a bushy beard and wore glasses. He was kind of heavy set." Tim says as he looks around at Adam. "You think that might be him?"

Adam's eyes meets Tim's as he knew who 'him' was.

"What are you talking about? Who's him?" Avi ask handing Tim back the book.

"Tim has had someone following him, playing tricks on him like touching him and whispering in his ear. It's been about to drive him crazy." Adam says as he rubs Tim on the back.

"Well, the person that comes to mind from the description is a prankster. He just likes to kid around, he really doesn't mean any harm." Avi says.

"And who would that be?" Tim ask as he looks back around at Avi.

"That would be Rob." Avi smiles.
