A very weak looking Avi appears before them. Burn marks around his throat, a large scratch down his cheek and his vibrant green eyes now a pale shade of green.

"Avi?" Tim whispers as he raises up from the bed.

"Oh, No. What happened?" Kirstie asks softly, stepping toward the demon.

"No! Please, don't touch me." Avi says as he takes a painful step away from the angel.

"Avriel? Oh my Lord." Chance says in shock as he stares at what used to be a proud demon.

"Chance. So we meet again." Avi says forcing a smirk. "I might have known you were behind the disturbance."

"Avi, what did he do to you?" Adam asks.

Avi shakes his head slightly.

"He can't say." Chance speaks up. "I'm sure Lucifer is listening in. He can't hear what I'm saying, Avriel. If you take an angel by the hand it will break his ability to hear what you're saying."

Kirstie steps forward and holds her hand out to Avi.

The demon slowly reaches a trembling hand to the beautiful angel's steady hand. His eyes meeting the angel's.

"Take my hand." Kirstie whispers.

He quickly grips her hand and stumbles as if all his strength left him.

Tim and Adam catch him and sits him on the foot of the bed. Kirstie sits beside him, still holding onto his hand.

Avi grimaces in pain as he holds tightly to Kirstie's hand.

"Now, you mind telling us what happened after we left with Tim?" Adam asks.

"The master wasn't pleased at all that I took up for Tim. He sent me to the dungeon for three days where I was tortured." Avi says, his voice weak.

"Avi, I'm so sorry." Tim says, staring at the burn marks. He, himself, knows the pain.

"Don't be." Avi shakes his head and smiles. "You're free, Timothy. You're away from his control. He no longer has a hold on you."

"But what about you?" Kirstie asks, gently brushing back the demon's long curls.

Avi shakes his head and gives a low chuckle. "I'm too far gone to save, Kirstin."

"No. I refuse to believe that. There's good in you, Avi." Kirstie begs. "You risks your own safety to help Tim."

"Avriel, we can help you." Chance adds.

"You said I was free. You can be too." Tim says.

"No. I have a job. A job that I'm d*mn good at. I had the trust of my master, which I can get back." Avi says as he stands up but Kirstie hangs on to his hand.

"Avriel, you're talking about Satan here. He'll turn on you in a heartbeat. Look how quick he turned on you. He threw you in a dungeon just because you tried to protect a fellow demon." Chance says.

"So you plan on just walking away from Kirstin." Olena speaks up. "I can tell that you have a strong attraction to her."

"There is no room for love in the heart of a true demon." Chance comments.

"I AM A TRUE DEMON!" Avi snaps at him.

"Are you?" Chance replies in a calm voice.

"YES!" Avi shouts and then lowers his voice to a weaker reply. "Yes."

"Sounds like you're trying to convince yourself." Adam says.

"I ...I just can't do it." Avi says quietly giving Kirstie a sad look.

"Avi? Are you scared?" Olena asks.

Avi closes his eyes and bows his head, biting his bottom lip.

"He's got every right to be scared." Tim says, coming to Avi's defense. "You guys don't understand because your boss is way more different than ours. You don't realise the pain that he can inflict."

"But it's all in your mind." Olena says.

"It doesn't matter, to us it's real." Tim says. "He makes us feel everything."

"I have to go back. Please, try to understand." Avi says as he brushes his thumb gently across the angel's cheek. "I wish it could be different."

"But it can be." Kirstie says as she wraps her arms around the demon's neck, pulling him into a hug. "Please don't go. We can help you."

"Kirstin, I'm in enough trouble as it is. I have to go back." Avi says.

"Avi, listen." Tim says as he walks up to his friend. "I am so grateful for what you did for me. You knew what would happen to you but you did it anyway. That shows right there that you do have kindness in your heart. Kindness is definitely one thing that is gonna put you at the top of Satan's sh*t list."

"I know." Avi nods.

"Maybe you should rethink this." Tim says. "You know what's gonna happen to you when you go back. And I'm not talking about a Welcome Home Party."

"I know. I'll be punished probably." Avi says with a nod.

"Oh, yeah, you definitely will. Punishment beyond anyone's imagination. And saying 'I'm sorry' just doesn't work in Hell. It only pisses him off more."

"He trusted me, Tim." Avi says quietly.

"Trust? TRUST? Avi, come on, man." Tim says, his eyes widening in shock. "This is Lucifer we are talking about. He only uses and manipulates. HE'S SATAN! FOR GOD'S SAKE!"

"I CAN FIX THIS, TIM!" Avi says raising his voice.

"HOW IN THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT, AVI!!??" Tim shouts. "Just in these few short minutes, it's been days since you've been gone from hell. How are you gonna explain that? How are you gonna explain the Angel Kirstin's smell on you? HUH?! How are you gonna explain the love you feel for this angel? You don't think he's gonna know?"

"I never said I had feelings for the angel." Avi tries to defend himself.

"OH, BULLSH*T, AVI!!" Tim shouts and then quickly turns to the Angels in the room. "Oh, Sorry."

Chance chuckles and hangs his head.

Tim sighs and takes Avi by his free hand.

"Avi, I know you're scared. I know you feel that you have to go back to try to make amends with Lucifer. But it's not going to happen. When he sees that you have feelings for Kirstin and you can't deny it, you will be tortured. Believe me, I know." Tim says. "He knew right away about my feelings for Adam. He knew about us having sex. And he tortured me beyond anything I could ever imagine. But even during all the pain, my mind and heart were with Adam. I never regretted any of what I did. Cause let me tell ya, Buddy. Sex with an Angel will totally blow your freaking mind."
