Anders' pov

I throw the duvet away from Jeff's bed angrily. And damn, he is not here either. Where is he?!
I know I've told him to move on and hang out, but I'm quite worried that he didn't come back ever since. I heard that a big family were killed yesterday, and I know it's him who did that. I'm glad he's not so depressed anymore, even though I'd prefer him to be less violent, like he was when Emilie was there.
Is he back to his craziness? Is he going to be worse than before? I can't help but being disappointed by him. I wanted him to move on, true, but not being more insane than before and kill a big family in one night!
I need to find him fast, I hope he hasn't been caught by the police...

After 30 more minutes of searching, I finally give up. He's not in his bedroom, not in the garden, and not in the woods. Where is he? He's always there.
Okay, let's think. Where would I go if I was a crazy killer, obsessed with a girl?

....

Her house. That makes sense.
I run back to the manor and grab my keys. I carefully lock the manor and head towards my car. Yes, I have a car. Jeff doesn't have one though, sometimes he takes mine, even though I don't know how he has learnt to drive.
I turn on the car and start driving. I know where Emilie lived, she told me in her first letter when I asked her. I knew Jeff would be looking for her there and I needed to look at him. He was so crazy at that time that he could destroy everything and killed her every neighbors.

After only 25 minutes, I'm near her former home. I park 5 minutes from her place, because I don't want Jeff to see my car arriving, if he's in there of course. This boy is really annoying!
I walk pass through a bunch of people gathered near a club and pass an empty little park too. When I finally arrive in front of her house, I sight in disappointment when I notice the front door is locked. Maybe he isn't in there after all? I take the keys of the place - Emilie has them when she lived in my manor, so I kept them - and unlocked it. Everything is in the dark, I can't see anything, even though I can distinguish a form on the bed.
I quickly switch on the lights, revealing the most surprising scene I've never seen. Jeff, on Emilie's bed, sleeping in a fetal position, with her pillow near his face like he smells her scent.
I can't help but smile at the sight, he looks like a young boy, holding on to the memory of the girl he loved. I feel my eyes watering and I let a single tear fall. This boy....he needs her so much. But I can't help him, I promised her. I promised her....

Slowly, I approach him and hold him to take him to the car. He's not heavy so it's quite easy. I felt something wet when I grabbed his face, just like if he cried. My heart aches just at the thought.
I then drive back to the manor, before bringing him back to his room. I swear I heard him moving during the journey home, so he might be awake. He didn't speak to me the entire time, but I've heard him cry a little. He's broken, completely broken. Looks like his sanity has broken even more.

When I take him back to his room, I decide to go see my family to tell them about what happened. I always need their advice, and even if they can't help me, I'm sure they're listening to me. And it's enough to remind me that no matter what, I'm not alone.

3rd pov

In a dark alley which smells like alcohol, death and urine, two men in black are having a conversation. One have white hair and blue eyes, but has a really strict face. The other one is younger, but is recognizable by his ugly scar which crosses all his face, and a scary and fake smile. He's the most scary of the two, looking like an angel while he's the devil himself. He has a walking steak, to help him walk, because a certain young killer has stabbed him in the leg some days ago.

"Hello, Sam. Do you have what I asked you?" The scary one asks in a sweet tone.

"Yes, Gary. I have finally found her address. It was hard because she changed her name and her-"

"-Just give it to me, I don't care." Gary cuts him off.

Sam chuckles softly while handing him the precious paper. On it, an address is written "4245 North Cliff
Hood River, OR 97031". Two photos are present, which let us see what's inside the house, from the window. In both, we can see a young woman with red hair, brown eyes. She looks like the description Gary received, except for the hair. On the second photo, we can see a man too, hugging her from behind while she's giving water to flowers on the window.

"Are you sure it's her, Sam?" Gary asks in a strict tone. He can't loose time now.

"Yes, I'm sure of it. My best men have been tracking her for days." He simply replies, his arms shaking a little from fear of what Gary can do.
To his surprise, he doesn't do anything bad, just smiles and thanks him. He then waves his hand, telling him to leave.

While the young man is meters away from him, slowly leaving the dark alley, Gary takes out his gun and fires toward Sam, who instantly falls on the ground with a loud scream. After some minutes of screaming and crying, he's finally dead. Gary smiles evilly, still looking at the woman in the picture. So, it's her. It's the girl that made the bastard crazy.

Gary smiles even more while touching her face through the picture and licking his lips.
Oh how he's going to have fun with her. He needs revenge from what that Jeff did to him, and he now had the perfect opportunity to do it.

"Wait for me, Emilie."
