Chapter 2

Jace's POV

The next couple seconds happened in a blur on second I was in the room where I had portalled in , then I was in the hallway pinned against the wall by Clary. She started to kiss me, and I am not going to lie it felt amazing but then I broke away. "Clary...." She looked up at me with a stunned look. "What?" She said going in for another kiss, but then I slightly pushed her away. "They need us down there Clary. Izzy is waiting for us." "How about me huh... I've been waiting for 5 months." She whispered in my ear seductively Her breath sent chills down my spine. I moaned quietly. She smiled. At that moment I realized I was an idiot, here Clary was throwing herself at me. I have wanted to touch her and love her for months and here I am turning her down. She looked in my eyes looking for an answer. I put my hand in the small of her back and pushed her lips into mine. She responded by putting her hands underneath my shirt and clawing at my back. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around me. We got to her door but it was shut. Haden't planned on that. In thinking of what to do I accidentally made Clary bang against the door. "Are you ok?" I asked concerned. She responded by laughing. "Yes I'm fine." She choked out. I chuckled and stared at her it got quiet. "What?" "I love your laugh." She kissed my neck and looked up. "And I love you." Then things got serious again.

Clary's POV

After our mishap with the door Jace managed to get it open. Once inside we got so wrapped up in each other we fell to the ground. Normally I would have laughed but this time it was different. I sat on top of him, him stretched out across the floor. He looked up at me as I slowly removed my shirt. His eyes grew big at the sight of me. I smiled coyly. He sat up and wrapped his arms around me kissing my neck. He undid the clasps of my bra as I pulled off his shirt. Then he put his hands around my waist and carried me to the bed. Him now on top of me. After a few minutes it felt like the rest of clothes had just melted off. I was so intertwined with Jace I lost myself in him and my emotions. "I love you" I muttered in between kisses.
