Ever since your death a storm had ravaged the sky. Thor, your fiancé, was devastated. None of the Avengers had taken well to your death but Thor was by far the worst. For days the sky stayed the same gray color.
'The color of her eyes.' Thor had said.

Never had he imagined watching you die in front of him, much less watching you die for him. Steve had stayed in his room the whole time writing letters no one would ever read, Nat and Clint continuously sparred and Tony and Bruce stayed locked up in their lab. You had always like the rain so Thor made it rain, but he kept your grave dry. It seemed the whole world was mourning you and that was exactly how Thor wanted it. He loved you that much, that he would make everyone else suffer and wallow in his misery for you.

He turned, you had been next to him the whole time and suddenly you were gone. He hadn't noticed the HYDRA agent with a gun pointed directly at his heart. By the time he turned around again the bullet had already fired, but instead of hitting its target it sunk into your chest and you fell to the ground.

Tho woke up, breathing heavy and tears rolling down his cheeks. His eyes found his way to your engagement rings, sitting on his nightstand and he got up and silently slipped them on. It was only 3 in the morning but Thor continued down to the training room where he found Steve repeatedly punching a dummy over and over again.

"Mind if I join you?" He asked setting down his hammer on the bench. Steve shrugged and stepped away from the dummy, moving to the sparing ring.
"Why not I'm sure Y/N would've loved to see this.
