Jeffory's POV
After all we have been through, she chooses someone else. After all the years and trauma, she still won't acknowledge me as her love. She is still knocking. Anytime now, she will break that door. 3...2...1... Katelyn talks through the door, but still doesn't bust through. "I don't want to pay for the door" I hear her mumble. I roughly hear her talking "Accident...Tried...Hoped...Come...Promise." Promise... that word broke me. I remember that promise because it was the one promise I ever had made.
Flashback
The breakup again
"It's okay" Katelyn soothed. "She still loves you." I sniffle. "I bet you that she is going to make you go deaf with her sorrys." she jokes. It made me laugh. She knew me like she knew herself. "Jeffory, promise me that you will always let me comfort you when you're sad." "I promise" It was the only promise I made

She got me there. I opened the door and she came charging through the room, pinning me to the ground. She gripped my shirt in a fist and pulled me in for a kiss... "It was an accident" she smiled "He said he liked me, but I liked someone else.." I chuckled. "I also like someone else. She has blue hair, and loves to smile". She shoved me over. "Then, just tell Erin that you love her" she said, fake pissed. We had quite the laugh over all our awkward jokes. From then on, we were officially together.
