14. The Unepected Date, Call, and Results

Lilly's POV
It was the morning of the final show. Liam decided to sit next me at breakfast and he asked me a question I never thought he would, he said, "Would you like to go on a date with me?"
I smiled and said, " I would love to go on a date with you, where would we go?" He said, "I was thinking a restaurant?" I smiled and asked when. He said, "I was thinking possibly lunch time..." I smiled and said, "I'd love that! I need to go get some stuff done, but I'll see you later." I decided to sing You Don't Know About Us I ran out to the producers and they let me do it! I took a shower and got ready for my date. I put on skinny jeans and a top with a jean jacket, with some boots. I called Lulu and told her the news! She screamed and then she got a little side tracked because she was practicing her flute, panio, and guitar. I asked her this though, "Do you think Zayn likes me at all?" She sighed and said, "I mean, it's possible, but I don't know. He may, he may not, I mean, did you tell him you had a date?" I said no and she said, "If you asked him he may tell you, but then again, he may not tell you." I sighed and said, "Oh well..." She said, "You better call me and tell me the details about your date girlie."
I smiled and said, "I know, I will, it's about time, see you later." I finished getting ready and headed downstairs to see Zayn on the couch sleeping.

Zayn's POV
I hers Lilly on the phone as I passed and she said she had a date with Liam.. My heart sunk like the Titanic, she was going on a date, and it isn't me. I guess she never did like me, I left before I could hear more. I soon fell asleep on the couch.

Liam's POV
I was in the kitchen getting something to drink and then I saw Lilly walk down the stairs. She looked beautiful. I smiled and asked, "You ready?" She smiled and said, definitely." I held out the door for her, she smiled, and I tried to be a complete gentleman towards her. I just took her to a semi-fancy restaurant and it was perfect. I asked her, "Can you tell me about yourself? She said, "Well, what do you want to know?" I asked, "what was school like for you?" She said, "Not very well, I was smart yeah, but that didn't help me very well." I asked, "What do you mean?" She sighed and said, "I was bullied, a lot I mean, I have zero confidence, I have so many insecurities that it would be easier to tell you the ones I don't have and there are none, and I to be honest, I was always alone." I smiled and said, "I guess that's what we have in common, we've both been bullied." She slightly gasped, but recovered and said, "I wouldn't believe it even if someone showed me a video, Liam you are the the kindest person I've ever met, I would never believe it." He replied with a smile, "Thank you." We continued our date and went home a couple hours before the show started.
It was 2 hours before the show started and we needed to go. I was going to get Zayn. I was about to knock on his door, but I heard Zayn talking to Lulu through Skype.

Zayn's POV
I decided to give Lulu a quick skype call. She accepted my request and I talked to her about Lilly having a date and how I love Lilly so much and Lulu said, "1. I saw this coming, 2. I have an idea. Just kiss her and I mean make out, and tell her the truth." I just stared at her with shock for suggesting that. She said, "Hey, it will get her attention." I sighed and said, "Yeah, but you know me, I'm not the type of guy to say all my feelings. I want to tell her that, she shouldn't be insecure, I've never seen a girl with such flawless skin, and very soft too, I've never met a girl who had the kindest heart, and I've never found a girl who actually understood me. I love Lilly with all my heart and will love her forever." Lulu was smiling, she said nodding, "Tell her that, and you will have her heart, I have to go Zayn, but I'll see you later..." I said bye and the call ended.

Lilly's POV
I was shocked to hear that, I knocked on Zayn's door and he said, "Come in." I walked in and Zayn gulped, he said, "Lilly you look beautiful." I didn't believe that, but I had a dress on. It was a blue staples one with a sequined top part and a puffy bottom that fell just past my knees. I wore while high heel shoes and my hair was pulled up into a half updo with some accessories. I smiled and said, "Zayn, it's time to go." He said, "Thanks."
The show had to do a quick run through of everything and we did a quick rehearsal and I was going to play the panio too also tonight. I was really nervous and I did a quick run of the song and it was perfect. A few keys we're out of key, but we fixed it.

Show Time!
The guys just performed their song, and it was AMAZING!
Now, it's my turn. I went out there, but before I went out, Zayn pulled me aside and said, "You will be perfect." And he kissed my cheek and left. I went out on stage and put everything I could into the song, I let all of my emotion out. The crowd was cheering and I gave my everything into that somg. Then when everything was over, we went back to the house.

Results Show
I was ready again for the last results show. We all went out there it was now between me and the guys. I just knew this, that if I didn't win this, they should. Then, it was time, "The next person or group that still has a chance in the final is Lilly Blacm." I couldn't move, I was shocked. I had to get off stage, but I was frozen. I had to be pulled off by the stage crew. Then, it was my turn to speak. I said, "Well, I am really shocked. I would think that One Direction would have won I mean if I didn't win I obviously would want them to win but I'm like really floored right now I never thought that I would beat them they were always better and they have a lot of fans vote so, I'm really sorry guys, but I know for a certainty that you guys will go farther than any band I've ever seen." We we're all dismissed and it turns out, I lost. I went to the guys and said, "I really hope you guys will stay a band and keep in touch with me, and I really am sorry, I never thought I would beat you, you guys are fantastic and I really, really want to give you guys 2 things. One is that, I have a song that you guys need to record and sell as a single and..."
I hugged Loubear and kissed his cheek, I hugged Hazza and kissed his cheek, I hugged little Nialler and kissed his cheek, I hugged Lili and kissed his cheek and finally I hugged my best friend Z,and kissed his cheek, then the boys left, but Zayn wanted to talk to me.
