Monday came too fast and Ash still hasn't told me he's moving. that is, if he knows. At the end of 7th period, Ashton told us he needed to tell us something. I knew exactly what he was going to say.
"Just so you guys know, I have no say in what's going to happen." He took a deep breath. He looked like he was about to cry, but he held it back. "I'm moving to New York." Everyone was shocked and I started to tear up. "My dad got a job offering and it pays good, so we have to move." I lost it and broke down. Ashton pulled me into a hug, which made me cry even more. "Why are you moving?" Tyler asked. You could see he was hurting. "A week agree graduation"he said, almost crying. "But that's like, in a month!" Erin said, acting like she's never heard the news before. "I know, I'm really going to miss you guys." he said and a single tear fell from his eye. He held me tighter. "I love you Megan" he said. I looked into his glass like eyes and said, "I love you too Ashton." Then he kissed me.

I was at home doing my homework later that night and texting Erin. I got a text from Erin then heard something hit my window. Then another. I got scared and looked out the window, Ash. I opened my window to see Alex looking for another pebble the throw. "Ash...Ashhh...Ashton!" I said. I obviously scared him. "Can I please come in?" He had been crying. "Yeah, go to the front door" I replied. I let him in and he hugged me. A tight hug. God am I going to miss his hugs. He started to cry. "It's going to be ok baby, were going to make it work." I tried to reassure him. "I know but I don't want to leave you. Who will protect you from jerks, or even Jarrid?" "Babe I will be fine. Lets just spend as much time as possible, ok?" "Ok" he said sniffling then wiping his eyes. "Ok," I started then held his hand, "lets go in my room." we walked up the stairs and went into my room. I put my homework away and forgot to text Erin back. Oh well, all I cared about was spending as much time with Ashton as I could before he left to live in New York. I put a movie on then cuddled with Ash. "What are we going to do when I lea-" I cut him off by saying, "shh. We'll worry about that a week before you move." Then I kissed him and fell asleep in his arms.
