"Hey erin, what time are you coming over?" I asked on the phone. "Give me 20 minutes" she said then hung up.

We were going to get ready at my house then go to school.

"Are you ready to graduate?" Erin asked excitedly. "Yes I am!" I said laughing. "What's first? Make up or hair?" "hmmm... lets do our make up first" she replied.

We walked into the bathroom and pulled out all our makeup. "Nothing too much. Let's do a light brown" I suggested. "Ok I got it" she said. We put mascara on, then eyeliner and lastly our eyeshadow.

"You look good" Erin said to me. "Not as good as you" I said giggling. "Bye see you later!" I yelled to no one in particular in the house. We walked out and my mom yelled an "ok."

People were filling in the seats like crazy. Luckily I knew who I was sitting by me. I was on the end of the aisle and Tyler was sitting next to me. Ashton and Erin were a few rows before us. "So are you happy that Ash doesn't have to move?" Cameron asked. I smile and replied, "very". He chucked.

Our principal got on stage.

"Hello everybody. And welcome class of 2013." everybody cheered. "Before I give my speech, I want to welcome this years valedictorian." Once again, the room broke into cheers and claps.

"Hello class of 2013. These have been the best four years of my life. I've learned that, getting through high school, you have to be with the right crowd. If you're not with the right group, or even with your friends, then your life will be hell." Jessica said. "I've learned from experience that guys come and go" I giggled, knowing she was talking about Jarrid. "And so will friends. You just have to know which friends will stay with you through the end. Friends help Change the world. As Ghandi once said, 'be the change you wish to be in the world'. Thank you and congratulations to the class of 2013!" Jessica finished then as she walked off stage, Mr. Smith walked on.

"Thank you for that speech Jessica." Mr. Smith said. "I just want to say that this class was the best class I've ever been principal for. You guys have been a good class and may I add, a funny class." everyone laughed. "Long story short... Congratulations."

We all clapped then Mr. Smith walked off stage. Our assistant principal didn't come because she was having a baby. Our dean then came on the mic.

"As we all know, Mrs. Taylor isn't here because she's in labor. So I will be handing out diplomas along with Mr. Smith."

She started calling the names of the class. Once Cameron got called, I was next. "Megan M. Simon" I smiled, knowing that I finished high school and was about to receive my diploma and go to college to study medicine with my best friend.

Our dean, Ms. Kay, shoo my hand and said "good job" I said thanks and got my diploma from Mr. Smith. "Congratulations, Megan" he said. I smiled. "Thanks."

Once the ceremony was over, I ran to Erin. "Oh my god! congratulations!" I said. "Thank. Congratulations to you too" she said. We hugged the. Our boyfriends showed up.

"Great job babe" Tyler said to Erin. "Oh and good job Meg" he said. I giggled. "Thanks Ty." Tyler kissed Erin then Ashton came running up to me and picked me up. "We did it" he said to me. "I'm so excited!" I said smiling. Once he out me down, he hugged then kissed me. I didn't notice anyone else around until I saw a bright flash and we broke the kiss. "Mom! really?" I asked. "Awe, sorry sweetie. That was just really cute" she said. I blushed as did Ash. Erin and Tyler laughed. "Great job" my dad said. "I can believe my baby girl graduated!" my mom cried. I laughed then hugged my parents.
