Annabeth pov
The army was here... but we went ready. We hadn't been expecting them so soon. they came over half-blood hill completely destroying the barrier. They laid waste to the camp as they surged through. I looked over to my right and saw Jason Thalia and Nico fighting back to back. Without Percy the three of them were our only chance.
~an hour later~
The battle was still thriving but camp half blood was taking the main part of the hit. The Romans and hunters helped a little but we were still losing badly.
Kronos laughed from the top of half blood hill. "was the great Percy Jackson to challenge me? is he a coward." Only a few demigods remained standing. Most had been taken to be healed or were too badly wounded and some had traveled into the world of Hades.
I was about to say that we should surrender when a streak of black dropped down on the hill across from Kronos.
