Only Now Exists (One Direction Fanfiction)

Chapter 3

Stephanie's P.O.V

I turned over to see my big alarm clock that read 5:00 am. I've been sleeping for almost 16 hours! All I see are towers and towers of boxes all around my bed. I decide to get up and eat some breakfast.

As I walk towards the kitchen, I see a small note on the dinning room, it read "Stephanie, when your lazy butt gets up, I left you the boxes for the dining room and the living room to set up. Love Kate"

I put the note down and gave Kate's room a small smirk. She was never up this early, except for school pictures. So she must had planned that I would be up before her.

I finished washing my plate and started to unpack boxes. I enjoyed un- packing. I mean, I was use to it. With me moving every year to different parts of the United States and all. As I put down a glass owl vase on the coffee table, I see Kate and I's phones. I wonder what she did with them?

Back when we were teenagers, Kate use to take my phone and play with it, even now. I would always laugh when she did, I had nothing to hide from her, I'm an open book to her. That's about it, I have never been so close with anyone besides her.

I check the time again and it was 8:42 am. I was done, but I quickly looked around to see dust. Every where. I hated dust, and cleaning it, I was always forced to clean it when I was little, but it had to be done. I get the swifer and begin to dance around the apartment, cleaning all the pesky dust particles.

It was 7:00 p.m when Kate was finally done with her make up. We were going out for the first time!! I've been dreaming about this forever!!

She said we were going to a club and then she said we were going to like a mall, which I think is dumb.

I don't recall there being a mall that closes at like 3 in the mourning.

"Stephanie, I'm ready! Lets get our Chicago on!" she said laughing .

We both looked amazing, Kate was wearing a navy blue tight dress with long pearls and blinged out stilettos.While I wore a pink and floral tight shirt with the top cut low, and light blue high-rise shorts and black stilettos.

We leave the apartment, hold hands, and finally enter the taxi to see a huge building with lights glowing across the black night sky.

We've been dancing none stop, this has to be one of the best nights I've ever spent with Kate, and I'm not ready to end it. We continue dancing, and by half way of the exploding song ended, Kate pulls me over and tell me we have to leave."Come on! I have a surprise for you!" she screamed, I forgot how loud clubs got at this time.

She yanks me to the doorway and we enter a limo." What's all this?" I say, very confused. This is way to fancy to go to some mall I thought.

"Stephanie.." she began to say "When you were sleeping, I entered us in a contest.. and won." she said with a smile. "YOU WHAT?" I screamed, so that was why my phone was on the coffee table! "Kate, WHAT DID YOU ENTER US IN?" I say, ready to scream in frustration.

"Sigh. Stephanie, I entered us to see one direction tonight! Don't get mad!!" she said, forgetting I don't like to be kept from things. I stop and pause for a sec, did she say One Direction? "ARE YOU JOKING?!" I say smiling and about to start crying. before he could answer, we pulled up to the arena.

"Nope." she said smiling. We walk to the front entrance, swimming through hundreds of fans. we finally make it to the guard and Kate and I put on huge smiles.

"Kate and Stephanie, we entered from 66.4 hot mix, we won front row tickets and backstage passes." Kate said. I can't believe this is happening!!! We are about to meet our hubbies!!

I soon see the tall, muscular man lead us to our seats.

"THAT'S WHAT MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL!" Harry sang. I was so close to him! I loved him more than air itself. Everyone always made fun of me for loving him, same with Kate, she had a thing for Louis. "Now, we need two beautiful directioners to come up on stage." Harry said.

Kate started screaming, while I just gazed at Harry as he skipped around the stage. How I loved this goofball... " Stephanie.. Louis and Harry are coming this direction." Kate said, almost ready to pass out. Soon enough, Kate was up on the stage! Aah!! I was so happy for her! Now just Harry need to bring up a girl on stage.

Please, Please, PLEASE PICK ME! I thought, I couldn't stop smiling. I look back up and suddenly there was another girl on the stage... and it wasn't me.

I stared at Harry. It was to good to be true.. As I wipe away the small tear on my cheek I hear Harry say to the audience, holding up the girls arm. "Attention, This girl has lost her mother, Please, if you are her mother, come up, she will be waiting down by our body guard."

God, he is still picking for a girl to go on stage. Harry, just pick me, I thought, all I can do now is put on a smile, hoping he will pick me...

Oh my gosh.

He's walking towards me.

Stephanie keep smiling and breathe... I think trying to stay calm. I blink in crave for relaxation, but I open my eyes and see his muscular, tattoo covered arm in front of my face. I grab it softly, but he squeezes it and pulls me up on the stage.

"Now what song should we do boys?" Niall said, looking at Kate. "Change my Mind?" Harry said. He still hasn't let go of my hand, is that normal?  I was very happy, and I wasn't fangirling! That's good, I finally controlled it, I use to just fangirl by seeing a picture of harry."Lets do it." Louis said, looking at Kate. I see her give him a smirk.

"What's your name?" Harry said, smiling.

"Stephanie." I say, my heart was melting.

" Wow, beautiful name. So for this song you have to sit on this stool with your friend here. I 'll walk you around the stage and maybe a bit more." He said in my ear. "Do great Harry!" I giggled.

"These two lovely ladies are Kate and Stephanie!" Louis screamed.

"Give them a round of applause!" Harry screamed. The song starts playing and Harry begins giving me small smiles. I laugh and throw some back.

Louis started singing as  he spun Kate around, oh I could tell from now, it was meant to be.

All of a sudden I sense Harry behind me. He gently grabs my hand and walks me around the stage.

"You're really beautiful." He said, hiding his mike under his hand.

Louis gave the other members a look. At the corner of my eye, I see Liam wink at me and bow his head slightly.

The song finally ended. We get applauded by the hundreds of girls and receive small kisses from all the members.

"I hope I can see you again." Liam whispered in my ear.

We say goodbye and walked down to the body guard. "You two ladies come with me." Kate and I just smile and enter a long black hallway.

The concert had ended and the boys left the stage, now all the girls were leaving the arena. 

"Stephanie, here we go!" Kate said. "Good luck with Louis!" I said, winking.

Then Kate and I were frozen in our tracks.

"Whoa" we mumble, as we saw the boys with flowers.
