Chapter 13

Stephanie's P.O.V

I'm such a bad friend, How could I, just leave my best friend alone in the apartment? I wasn't thinking, I was so curious with Harry, I missed it. God why am I so dumb?

"Stephanie, it wasn't your fault, it was mine." Harry said, running his fingers through my back."No it's not. I should have told her we were leaving. I didn't think we would end up together all night! " I say in tears. "Did you not enjoy it? I never have time with you during the day. I had the urge to see you. I figured were you two put the spare key and I came in. " He says. I pull him over to the corner where the bed is, and I begin. "You know how much trouble we could be in? You snook into my apartment, and came up here with out permission! Do you want Kate and I to get kicked out of the complex for your little "80's movie" charades?" I scream. "There goes our little secret huh?" I say, sniffling.

As I look over, I see Liam smirk. What the hell is his problem? I look at Harry, He doesn't seem mad. He sits me on the bed.

"Stephanie, I really like you. I will do whatever to be with you. Ever since I saw you in the crowd, I knew you were special, and I don't care what it takes, if it means the world is going to explode, I want to be with you." He uttered ."You and Kate won't get kicked out. Perrie, the girl in the front desk, has a thing for Zayn." He whispered, gesturing to Zayn.

"So what if they know we have feelings for each other? Liam, oh all Liam wants is something he can use. Publicity puts him as a sweet, caring person. A father figure- a perfect person. In reality,you don't want to be with him, I was really hoping you didn't do anything with Liam. You went on that date, did he ignore you, then on the way back, act like prince charming and kiss you? He set his trap. He will stop at nothing, to get you. Now, as you can see, he's smirking. He's coming up with something to get you away from me." He gasped. He's getting teary. He could barley finish his sentence.

I look at him in the eyes. "What's wrong?" I blurt. "Promise me, do not listen to anything, Liam says. Please. You'll end up hurt. That's the one thing I don't want to witness with you." He stuttered. He's now crying. "Ok. I promise. Now wipe those tears. For years, I've seen you as a strong person. Don't cry for me. Let's go and talk to Kate. I honestly don't want to see Liam now, since he saw us crying and smirked." I state. "I - I don't want to loose you."He says, whipping his tears.

I open the door to our apartment and Harry and I go to the balcony. "Kate, I need to-" I start and Harry dramatically gasp. Oh my god! Her and Louis where KISSING!

"Kate!" I sass,"I came to say something that could potentially fix our problem." I continue. "Yes?" she says giggling, she stopped kissing, finally I stood there for hours!. " Louis, Harry, can you give us a minute?" She advised.

"Kate, I'm sorry. I completely drew a blank when Harry took me out of the apartment." I begin. "Him and I were talking, and looking at the city lights. Kate, it was just wow. I'm so sorry it stressed you out." I say. "Stephanie, don't apologize. I was so scared, I blew up on you. I'm so happy you're safe. I'm sorry. Besides, this is the first time you've done something bad." She giggled. She gives me a hug.

"Let's go and get the boys huh? I sure hope Louis can contain himself seeing you again. " I sass with a wink. "Please, Who could contain to see me?" She sasses back. We walk back to see an empty living room.

"I bet they might be at their apartment." I say optimistically. Kate nods and we head to the boy's apartment. "Why hello Stephanie." Liam hissed. Oh great, it's him. "Where's Louis and Harry?" I groan. I really don't want to talk to this guy. "Why do you care?" He barked. "Because we want to see them, problem?" Kate sassed. "You aren't going anywhere with Harry, Stephanie." he answered. "What's your problem?" I say. "Just let us in." Kate growled. Liam completely opens the door. We roll our eyes to see the boys in the living room.
