Chapter 5

Stephanie's P.O.V

      Great, I'm wet, and locked out of my  apartment. All I have is my  hello kitty towel on. Yes, I'm an 18 year old girl, with a hello kitty towel. "What am I going to do?" I whisper. "Right, bang the door and hope Kate gets out to open it." I quickly start banging and shouting " Kate, Kate, OPEN UP THE DAMN DOOR."   I bet she didn't hear me, there's this huge party next door, who's music is so loud, you could hear it all the way in Montana.

    Suddenly, I hear a deep voice behind me." Stephanie? Is that you?" OH MY LORD, do my eyes deceive me? "Hi! Liam, What are you doing here?" I say, trying  to keep calm. "I live here. The boys and I are having a party! Want to  come?" He said, giving me this cute smile.  "Well, I'm only wearing a towel, so it's not the  best idea." I say. Wait, I just denied Liam Payne to go to one of his parties, darn my goodie - goodie instincts. "It's a shame. I really wanted you to come over." he said, looking down at the floor. "Aw, well I'm sure you'll find someone to chill with better than me." I say. Stephanie, no one is as chill as you at parties! "Please, since that hide an seek game your friend insisted playing, I haven't stopped thinking about you." He said.

      ******** FLASHBACK*******

    Liam's P.O.V

     Finally, our concert was finished, I'm exhausted. The only thing pulling me through was this really beautiful girl, named Stephanie who came on stage, halfway into the concert. She had a floral shirt on, that really suited her. She was mostly next to Harry, of course. I quickly go into my dressing room, and change into my " meet and greet" outfit.  I head outside to see all the boys with flowers. We do this thing, were we give each other flowers on our final concert of the tour.  I turn to see these two girls. Wait, IS THAT STEPHANIE? Alright, keep cool.

**30 MINUTES LATER**

'Okay Liam, were are we going to hide?" She said. " How about behind the cotton candy machine?" I say. " Okay! I love cotton candy, I bet it's going to be a sweet hiding space." she said, laughing. I liked puns, and Stephanie made lots of them. We run to the space behind the machine, right before Zayn finished counting. " What now?" I said. "Well, there's nothing we can do, since we are in such a crammed space." she whispered. " Oh, I got it. Staring contest.. GO!'"  We glared at each others eyes, for almost 2 minutes. She broke me, Stephanie was really good at staring. Also, her big hazel eyes we just beautiful in the light that struck her face. 

Stephanie wasn't like any other girl I've met, she was everything I hoped to have. She started talking about herself, all her rough times and such. I felt bad for her, so I quickly held her in my arms. She was so warm, we were like two puzzle pieces that were meant to be. As I lean in to kiss her on the check, someone behind me screamed, " BAM! FOUND YOU!" It was Harry, great. He scared the crap out of us. Mostly me, considering I was about to kiss her. Stephanie then talked to Harry, for a majority of the meet and greet. I would glance over at them. I could see them laughing, taking pictures, everything a common couple would do. I didn't like it one bit.

*********FLASHBACK OVER*******

Stephanie's P.O.V

" Please, ever since your friend insisted on playing hide and seek, I haven't stopped thinking about you." Liam said. Oh my, no one has EVER said that to me. I did like Liam. Harry thought, I've always had a thing for. Him and Liam helped me through tough times, with their music and confidence, and I told Liam that, not Harry. I feel as if I can trust Liam more. " Aw Liam, don't say that. I'm just a simple fan." I say, die-ing down the awkwardness. "Stephanie you're much more than that. Do you maybe, um.. want to go... to dinner sometime?" Liam said. Holy shit, what just happened? One of the most famous boys in the entire world, just asked me out.

 Should I? "Stephanie, you like Harry. Don't start anything between the boys." A voice said inside me, "Stephanie, you like both of them, don't deny it, you can trust Liam. Do it, or forever wish you had." another voice said to me. " Liam... um.. I'd love to. Here's my number." I say smiling and handing him my number. He laughs, you could see in his smile, he really liked me. I can't believe it, someone ACTUALLY liked me. I can't wait to tell Kate!

" So before I go Stephanie, Why are you in a towel?" Liam giggled. " Kate and I are living here, right next door actually. I was in the shower, and she said there was a die-ing puppy outside, and me, I'm a sucker for puppies. I run outside in the towel, and she closes the door on me." I say laughing." Now, I need to get that spare key we put out by the vending machine, and get back in!" I continued. STEPHANIE, WE HAVE A FREAKING SPARE KEY.  Great, I'm a complete idiot. I've been here almost 25 minutes, and just now realized, we had a spare.

" You live next door? That's awesome!! What a coincidence!" Liam said, as his smile grew bigger. "Yeah! Her and I  are going to be your neighbors for a whole year! Enjoy yourself while you can!" I say sarcastically. "I guess we can talk tomorrow? Goodbye Liam, it was great talking to you!" I say grabbing the key and putting it in the lock. He waves and says goodnight, and I close the door behind me.

" So, did you help that puppy?" Kate said, blow drying her hair. " Nope. He ran away before I could help him. I'm going to FINISH  taking a shower now." I yelled over the hair dryer. I then step into the steamy shower, thinking of what just happened. Wow, something about this trip is going to be life changing for me. I hope in the best way possible, that is.

This chapter was very long, sorry so many important details that needed to go in. Sorry I haven't updated,  I have so much going on. Don't worry though, " Only Now Exists" is one of my most important things.
