I've told my friends about what I've been planning for the past 3 months. I wanted it to be a national celebration. Our wedding. I have been anticipating this moment ever since I got the ring. My best man would be my newest creation, the new attack robot, ATT-65, or code-named, Conner. I know it sounded weird to have a robot as a best man but, he acts very much like a human! He's also got the fake skin coating, so you won't be able to see his mechanisms.

I arrived at the Basilicoms door and people started gathering around and getting into position for the big announcement. I went to the top, to Neptune's room. And knocked on the door.
-"Come in!"
I walked in and Neptune came up to hug me. I greeted the others and hugged Neptune back. I looked down to Neptune.
-"Hey, Neptune?"
-"Yeah?"
-"Can I ask you something?"
-"Sure! Why not?"
I brought her to the balcony and she saw everyone outside.
-"The streets seem to be busy today, eh?"
-"Neptune, they're here for the question I'm about to ask you. So pay attention."
-"O-Okay." She said blushing slightly.
-"Neptune, I've been thinking about this for a while and I finally got the courage to do it."
-"I'm listening." She said, blushing more and more with every second.
I turned on the microphone clipped onto my shirt.
-"Will you, Neptune, Goddess of Planeptune, marry me?" I said as I pulled out a ring.
The crowd lifted their signs that made the shape of a giant purple and red heart.
-"ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?!?!?" She yelled happily.
-"Of course I am!"
-"Yes! Yes! Yes, I will!"
She jumped onto me and hugged me. I returned the gesture in a tight embrace. The others applauded and the city joined in. All I felt at that moment was pure bliss.
1 WEEK LATER
It was finally the time for the wedding. I waited for this moment for SO long! But now I'd finally be able to seal the deal. I arrived at the church, there were a bunch of photographers and reporters. I've gotten used to them by now. I got inside where a lot of my past co-workers were talking. They all turned and congratulated me for my "final promotion". We talked for a while before I went to my room to get into my tuxedo. I got changed and went out to the main hall where everyone was sitting on the benches. I walked up to the alter, the priest was already there, as expected. I only waited 2 minutes before the royal trumpets started playing, indicating her arrival. I couldn't wait! It was a god-like wedding! A real one! I've seen and heard so much about these but I had no idea it would feel this good! The petal boys and girls began walking down the aisle. Two girls brought the royal carpet down the aisle after. And finally, the main event, my new wife. The giant marble doors slowly opened and the palm leaves that girls were holding lifted to reveal the most beautiful thing I've seen in my life.
