The Call

You arrived at the hospital and saw all three of them. You bowed as you enter

"Where did you go noona? I waited,for you" Lee said sadly

*Oh. shoot. I forgot to pick up Lee.

"I'm sorry. I forgot."

"Its okay Mi. His teacher send him here" your Lala said

You sighed in relieved.You went near your cute brother who was frowning at you.

"Can't you forgive forgetful noona?" you said cutely

He was quiet for a split of second.

"Of course. But I was really worried where you went. I thought you left me." he replied in a low voice

You embraced him.

"Leave you? No. I would never do that. We will be together always with Lulu and Lala."

He smiled and so did your grandparents as they looked at both of you.

"But where did you go? Your late today. What did you do at school?" your Lulu asked

"A-Ahmm... Well we have to finish... Ahhh our project. Yes. Our project." you tried to explain with a smile so that she won't notice you were lying.

"I see. But next time, tell me about it so I can fetch little Lee instead." said Lala.

"Ne. Lala. But I'll try to make sure it won't happen again"

There was a moment of silence but the silence was broken when your phone rang.

It was an unknown number but you answered it.

"Anyeonghaseyo. Who's this?"

"Ms. Jung, its me. You have to go to my office tomorrow. URGENT. "

You know well it was Ms. Shin.

"But-"

"I guess, I'll see you tomorrow. 9 am. SHARP."

She cut off the line and I guess you have no choice.

"Who was that?" Lulu asked

"Ms. S- Missy my classmate. We have to meet tomorrow. I guess I can't fetch Lee tomorrow." you said with a sad face and eyes as your eyes meet your brother, grandmother and grandfather's eyes.

"Its okay dear. Lala can fetch Lee. I know its for your own good and sake. And probably, for everyone here." he said as he smiled

You were dumbfounded.

*Did he know what I've been doing?

you thought. Of course what do you expect to your father's father. Your father has most of himself from your grandfather. They are most likely alike specially in terms of attitude and family matters.

"I'm sorry. I thought that it won't happen again. But don't worry, I am not doing this for nothing."

"We know and we trust you." said Lala

You smiled. You move your head to

your right and saw little Lee sleeping in the sofa. He is so cute. And you ended your day there sleeping with the three of them.

(PS： Grandmother, you call her Lala, calls Lee 'Little Lee' and you 'Lady Mi' or 'Mi'. Grandfather,Lulu calls you both 'Dear')
