Thirty

Vic's POV

Over the two and a half weeks, my little cut was basically healed and I had almost completed the song. Yes I decided to turn it into a song. It'll be something like a message to her family and friends from us. I showed the boys and they loved the lyrics. I let them decided on the song name and Mike came up with Bulls In The Bronx while Jaime suggested a 'Mexican pride' moment in the song. Tony has this really cool image for the music video because Jaime's hist imagination isn't exactly suitable for this song but we might use it for another music video.

I was worried about was Tay. She's been on maturity leave for the past 3 months but she thinks she's like super women or something and can do everything she was able to do before her pregnancy which is scarring me since she's so determined, just like me. Baby Fuentes is due on May 14th which is just in about 3 weeks. When Tay was 5 months along, me and the boys moved all my office shit from the extra bedroom to the basement and painted the room, added white furniture that was Alex's when he was a baby, the girls bought some cute things and Tony topped it off with the baby's first Star Wars plushy. He said he's gonna make sure the kid loves Star Wars just like him and Alex do.

Looking around the nursery, it all seemed for unreal to me. I wasn't there for Alex when he was born. It was Tay, Ana and Ana's husband who were there. This is all new to me.
Kellin and I have been talking a lot and his wife is due on the 18th. He said he's just as nervous as me seeing as his wife already has two kids and he has none.
Speaking of him and I, on June 5th we're releasing our single King For A Day so the fans can have a taste of the new album that comes out July 17th. We're also releasing the song I had just finished recording on June 26th. The album is gonna be called Collide With The Sky and we decided to use the drawing I did the day after I read the email because I felt like it suited this album.

"What are you doing in here?" I heard my wife ask. I turned around to face my pretty lady and smiled at her.
"Just looking around" she came closer and placed her hands on my chest looking up at me. I wrapped my arms around her waist.
"Somethings up and I know it"
"I'm just scared I'll turn out like a bad father you know. Touring means I won't be here much and I don't wanna leave you alone with two little ones" she dropped her hands and I did the same, taking her hands.
"Vic, Alex isn't little anymore and I'll be fine. I have the girls while you're gone. Also your parents and mine. We promised each other that we'll stick together" she said. I felt her finger play with my ring.
"I know baby girl" she smiled.
"Go pick up Alex. Taco night tonight" I pumped my fist in the air. My mom taught Tay her secret recipe that my dad taught her when they first started dating and now whenever Tay makes tacos she adds whatever it is mom does. I kissed her cheek and walked down the stairs to grab my keys and head out the door.

I was waiting at the fence all parents usually wait for their kids. Once in a while there'll be fans who are picking up a sibling or cousin and come up to me and take a photo. I honestly don't mind. I love meeting new faces.
The school bell rang and my little one came out racing one of his friends to the fence.
"I win!" Alex yelled as he gave me his bag.
"No that was a tie!" The boy yelled
"No it wasn't!"
"Fine. Tomorrow morning we'll do another one" Alex nodded
"Sounds fair" and the boy walked off with I'm assuming his sister.
"Well then" I stated walking back to my truck. I opened Alex's door and he got in buckling himself in.
"How was school bud?" I asked as I got into my seat. He we cut off by my phone ringing. It was my brother.

"Hey man. Everything okay?" I asked answering.
"Uh I don't know. I was at the shop buying new sticks when Alysha called me saying Tay called her freaking out so she went over and now she's all like get Vic to the hospital" he explained.
"Mike. I swear to fucking God I'm gonna slap you. She's in labour why else would she be freaking out?!" I yelled starting the car.
"Shit! I'll call everyone else and we'll be there soon. Get your ass there before she breaks something" I hung up before I said goodbye and heading out to the highway to the hospital.
"Is mommy okay?" Alex asked.
"Yeah bud she's perfectly fine. You're gonna be a big brother sooner then expected though" He cheered and I couldn't help but smile at him.
