Eight

Taylor's POV

Today was the day I don't want to happen. September 7th. Also known as the day Alex starts school. I got out of bed and got ready for the day. I dressed in grey sweat pants and Vic's tye-dye sweater. I threw my hair into a bun and grabbed my glasses from the night stand before going to wake up Alex in the next room.
Two weeks after Alex and I moved in, the boys transferred Vic's guest room into Alex's room. They painted the walls a light blue and we shipped his furniture from the storage unit in Michigan to his house. Tony and Alex went shopping for some things to put around his room and then it was completed.

"Alex sweetie wake up" I said shaking the three-almost four- year old
"No" and he turned over
"It's your first day at big boy school" I said. He jolted up and got out of bed running into the bathroom in the hall. He brushed his teeth and washed his face before running back to his room where I got him dressed in denim skinny jeans and a mayday parade shirt with black vans and a key street hat. He then ran into the master bedroom to wake Vic up since he promised his son he would watch him walk into the building.

I walked downstairs and made his lunch before putting it in his Star Wars lunch box and put it in his ninja turtle backpack. Guess who bought them for him. If you guessed turtle, you're correct.
I started pouring cereal in a bowl with milk for my big boy when I heard footsteps running down the stairs. Soon my boyfriend and son came running in the kitchen
"No!" Alex yelled laughing. Vic was chasing him around the house for some reason.
"Alex come eat" I called him setting the bowl on the table. No one came
"Victor come drink your coffee" I called. Soon they both came running in
"Don't call me Victor" he said pouting
"Victor Victor Victor" I teased. We all say down and ate/drank.

"Hold it mister" I told my son who was about to run out of the door to Vic's truck. I told him to stand against the door so I could take a photo and he did.
"Okay go" and he ran. I closed and locked the door behind myself before heading out to Vic's truck
"Hurry up I don't wanna be late" Alex called from the back seat. I got in and Vic reversed heading to the elementary school he went to.
Once we got there, us three got out and walked to the kindergarten gate. There were already a bunch of kids playing so Vic opened the gate so Alex could walk in but he just stood there. Vic closed the gate again and bent down. As did I.

"What's wrong bud? I thought you were excited" Vic said
"I'm scared. I don't have friends" he said playing with a rock between his feet
"Sweetie you're gonna make friends I promise you" I told him. He looked at us
"You sure?"
"I'm sure. Go in there and have fun. We're not gonna leave till you go inside with your class okay?" He nodded and walked in the gate.
"And now he's in school. He's growing up so fast" Vic said wrapping his arm around me.
"I know. And he's almost four. It's crazy"
"No way. Is that Vic" I heard a girl say. We turned around to see a girl with red hair and bangs
"Kim?" He questioned. The girl smiled and nodded
"Hey. How have you been?" He asked giving her a brief hug. Once they let go she looked at me
"I've been good. I see you found yourself a beautiful girl" the women said. She was wearing a black dress pants with white blouse. Her hair was in a low bun and we wore black pumps making her Vic's height.
"Yes this is my girlfriend Taylor. Taylor this is Kimberly. She was my only friend in school" he introduced us. She extended her hand and I shook it
"Nice to meet you" I said.
"Same goes"
"So Kim. What brings you here?" Vic asked
"Just dropping off my little brother before going to work. When I saw the straight brown hair and headband I knew that was my best friend" she said.
"Well it's me" he said wrapped his arm around me. I guess he sensed I was getting somewhat jealous.
"What brings you here" she asked
"My son is starting school"
"You have a son? Wow don't you two think that's a bit too fast?" She asked looking at me
"Actually" I started
"No. No it's not" Vic cut me off
"Oh. Well I'll let you two be. And congrats on the band Vic. I knew you and Mike were going places" she said before walking back to her car and driving off
"You were friends with that?" I asked looking up at him
"I swear she was never like that babe. I guess it's that after high school started, she went to Claremont and I went to mission bay so we never saw each other again" I nodded
"Mine" I said wrapping both arms around his torso
"Yours darling" I may have gotten jealous but this man is mine and only mine. I'm not losing him to a girl he just started talking to again.

Once Alex went inside, we headed to the truck and headed home.
"What do you wanna do?" He asked
"Sleep" he chuckled and shook his head
"Nope. No sleep" he protested. I was about to walk up the stairs but he grabbed me and threw me over his shoulders
"Vic! Oh my god I'm gonna fall!" I screamed
"No you won't. I got you" he yelled back. After about 5 minutes of laughing and being terrified I was thrown into the pool in the backyard.
"Fuck you Fuentes" I said once I rose to the surface
"Well I mean if you want to" he said shaking his hips back and forth
"Nope" And I got out
"Come give me a hug" I cooed walking towards him.
"Nope" and he ran inside locking the door behind him leaving me outside
"You love me. Let me in" I said banging on the door
"You're wet" he said
"Kinky"
"You know what I meant" he ran out of view and soon came back with s towel
"Here" and he opened the door allowing me in.
"Wow thanks sir" and I took off my pants wrapping the towel around my waist. I ran up stairs and changed into denim shorts and a pierce the veil tank top. I put my hair down and brushed it before going downstairs

"Cute shirt doll face" he said once he saw me
"I know right. The lead singer is a hottie" he smirked coming closer to him
"I heard his girlfriend is pretty beautiful too" he wrapped his arms around my waist
"Oh really" and we kissed. That innocent kids turned into a make out session in the middle of the hallway. I decided to be a tease and move one of my hands to his little friend. I cupped it through his adidas pants and heard a moan from him. That's when I dropped it and ran
"You fucking tease!" And he ran after me.

Vic's POV

Tay and I were now laying in bed doing nothing. I chased her up here and now we're we just laying catching our breaths. I decided to scroll through Twitter and see what's happening

I favourite and retweeted it. I turned on my camera and flipped it to us before taking a photo

"Tay?"
"Yeah Vic"
"I have to tell you something" she got up and looked at me
"What is it?" I can tell she was scared and so was I. I was hoping this wouldn't ruin what we have.
"Um. My uh. Band I gonna be touring soon" I started
"Go on"
"For five months" she looked at me
"That's okay. Right?" I nodded
"But um. We're leaving on the 12th" I said sitting up. She crossed her legs
"Tay were gonna work this out. I'll call everyday, you guys will come to the San Diego show, we'll be home for Christmas I promise. It's gonna work out" she nodded and I pulled her into me
"I guess I just have to get use it. I mean you're in a touring band"
"Big deal Tay. I guess we're official" I rubbed circles on her back for a bit
"Why didn't you tell us sooner?" She asked
"Because I wanted everything to be okay before I told you guys" she nodded.
"It's gonna be okay I promise baby"

Alex started school and Vic is gonna tour. So the reason I made Alex start school at three is because I don't know if it's the same for everyone but where I'm from (Canada) if you're three turning four between September-December, you start school then. If you're birthday is after the new year, you start school 4 turning 5.
