One

Taylor's POV

I was sitting in the plane with my three year old on my right looking out the window and my best friend Sammi to my left. I haven't been back here in almost four years but Sammi forced be to come with her to meet some of her modelling friends.
"Mommy?" Alexander, my kid, asked me
"Yeah baby?"
"Does my daddy like me?" His green-blue eyes, very similar to mine looked up at me with concern. He's too young to understand that I was only 22 when I had him and his fathers band was just becoming big.
"Yes baby. He does. Daddy's just.... Busy right now" it hurts to lie to him but it's for the best. Knowing Vic, if he found out about Alex, he would stop the band for a few months and I don't want that. That's why I left. I wanted him to do what he loves and not be held back because he's starting a family, plus I did a good job as a single mother if I do say so myself. My parents live back home in San Diego and I haven't seen them since but I guess I am now.

"Ladies and gentlemen please turn off all electronic devices. Well will be landing soon" the flight attendant said. I turned on my phone to see a photo of me and Alexander three weeks ago at Disneyland and turned my phone off completely.
"Sammi" I shook the blonde awake
"What?" She groaned
"We're landing soon" I said. She nodded and opened her eyes smiling
"I can't wait for you to see my friends. Especially this one good friend of mine. I think you guys will get along" she said. I nodded and looked back at my little boy who was playing his dead view SnapBack in his lap.

We got off the plane, My baby in my arms while Sammi carried his booster seat, and we headed to the luggage claim where I saw his blue transformers luggage coming up
"Bumble bee!" He screamed when he saw it. Sammi grabbed it and placed it beside her
"Bumble bee is mine" she said smiling at him.
"Mine!" He yelled. Soon I found my big black and purple one come up followed by sammi's pink one. We grabbed them and headed to the parking lot. 
"My friend Alysha should be here. I told the hoe to meet us at 1" she said looking around the parking lot. I took my phone out from my back pocket to see it was 12:58.
"Over here!" Someone yelled. We walked toward the car and standing at the trunk was a gorgeous blonde women with dark brown roots. She looked about my age maybe a year older and was wearing a grey maxi skirt with a white tank crop top and a denim vest.

"Sammi!" She yelled.
"Alysha!" They hugged and then Alysha looked at me and smiled.
"I'm Alysha. Nice to meet you" she extended her hand and I shook it
"Nice to meet you too. I'm Taylor and this is my little boy Alexander"
"Hi I'm Alex!" He yelled excitedly causing her to giggle
"You're adorable. Here let me take that" she motioned to the two luggages I had in my other hand.
"Oh thank you" I handed them to her and she placed them in the trunk. Sammi did hers and then Alysha put Alex's booster in the back and we all climbed in.

"Hey doll face what do you want from Starbucks?" Alysha asked looking at me from the rear view mirror
"Uh can I please have a medium caramel frap?" She smiled and nodded then went into the drive threw. She ordered my drink, sammi's double chocolate chip frap and for herself a vanilla bean frap. We then headed towards her house.

Once we got there, there was only one car parked in the driveway. Probably her husbands.
"One of the boys probably picked him up" Alysha said getting out.
We grabbed our things and headed inside.
"Sammi can you show Taylor the guest room? I'll be up soon I just have to clean up the living room because of those children" she giggled. Sammi nodded and lead me upstairs. We past an office type room where there was a desk, small couch and electric drums
"Her husband plays?" I asked pointing to the drums
"Boyfriend and yeah. He's in a band" I nodded and continued following her. She opened the door and there was a double sized bed with a light blue comforter and furniture. It was a nice room.
"This will be your room for the bit we're here. Mine is down the hall and Alysha's is the master bedroom" I smiled and nodded. I placed my sleeping three year old in the bed then put pillows so he won't fall out.
"I could've stayed with my parents Sam" I told her but she shook her head.
"Nope"
"Michael get out! Girls week. Stay with your brother!" We heard Alysha shout from downstairs.
"Without my xbox and shit? That's cute babe" wait a second. Was that Mike? Mikey Fuentes?
"Tay?" Sammi shook me and I looked at her
"Yeah?"
"You good?" I nodded
"Here. Come downstairs and meet her boyfriend" did I have to? What if he recognizes me? I've changed my physical appearance but my voice is still the same. What if he tells Vic I'm back?
"Tay come on" she grabbed my wrist and dragged me downstairs where I saw Mike unhooking his xbox in the living room
"Sorry about that. Taylor this is my boyfriend Mike"

Mike's POV

"Sorry about that. Taylor this is my boyfriend Mike" Alysha said. I finished unhooking my xbox and turned around to see the girl I haven't seen in almost four years. The one who just ran away and made my brother think he did something wrong. She looks so different. Her once short blonde hair was now just under her boobs and brown, her eyes were still that blueish-green, she's gotten a few more tattoos and her nose pierced.
"Hi" I said
"Hi" she replied. Does she not recognize me?
"Mommy?" We heard a little boy say from upstairs
"Sorry. Alex is awake. I'll be right back" soon she came down with a boy probably three or four wearing denim shorts and a grey Star Wars  tank top. He had her eyes and light brown hair Vic had when he was younger. He looked a lot like Vic- wait. Was he Vic's kid?
"Alex this is Mike" Taylor said.
"Hi" he said. I smiled
"Can I hold him?" I asked. She nodded and I took him.
"I like that" he pointed to my lip piercings smiling. I smiled back at him. His had Taylor smile.
"Thank you"
"My mommy has one here" he pointed to his nose. I looked back at Taylor who was smiling. Sammi and Alysha were looking at Alex in awe
"Do you know where daddy is?" Alex asked me
"Alexander" Taylor said. Does she not want him to know who Vic is?
"Uh no sweetie. I'm sorry. But I'll keep a look out for your daddy. I bet you look just like him" I said.
"I'm hungry" he said causing us to laugh
"I have animal cookies if you want sweetie" Alysha said
"Why do you have animal cookies?" Sammi asked laughing
"One for Alexander. I did a little bit of shopping and two because the boys are kids" she said patting my back. She took Alex and her, Alex and Sammi went to the kitchen leaving Taylor with me.

"Tay?"
"Don't tell Vic" she said.
"I-I won't but why are you keeping his kid a secret? Is this why you ran away?" She didn't do anything
"Don't tell him. That's all I'm asking. I'm only here for a month and then we're heading back home to Michigan " she said
"Taylor. San Diego is your home. You were born here. You were raised here. You can't just leave this place and start a new life then call that place home. SD always has and always will be your home and just because of my older brother you're gonna leave?" She nodded
"He can't find out about Alex. I know him and I know you do too. Pierce the veil is his life Mike and I don't wanna ruin that for him" I looked at the luggages in the hall. I walked over the transformers one in the hall and looked at the name tag
'Alexander Vincent Fuentes'
"You let him have Vic's last name?" She nodded
"And middle. I figured since he is Vic's, he should have it" she said
"How old is he?"
"Turning four September 27th" I nodded.
"When do you plan on telling him who his dad is? Or tell Vic about him?" I asked
"I don't plan on telling Vic for a while. And as for Alex, he's found a few photos of me and Vic so he knows what he looks like" I nodded
"Mommy?"
"Yeah baby?"
"Did you bring transformers?"
"Yeah baby I did don't worry. And Star Wars" she called
"He's very developed for his age" I said
"It's called daycare Mike. I had to put him in it so I could work"
"What do you work as?" I asked. I remember her telling me she always wanted to be something in the music industry.
"Junior kindergarten teacher" I nodded.

"Wanna bring him to the park down the street?" I asked. She nodded
"Alex?"
"What!" He yelled
"Wanna go to the park with Mike?"
"Yes!" Soon the three year old came running to us
"You guys are close" Sammi said.
"Can I tell them?" She nodded
"Alex is Vic's kid. Tay and Vic dated for three years before she got pregnant and left" Alysha looked shocked
"Why? Vic could've helped you raise him" she said
"The band" she replied
"Tay no matter what, Vic would make time for you two" she said
"Mommy I wanna goooo" Alex said pulling on her flannel around her waist. She picked him up
"Okay let's go" she said
"We'll be back" I called
"Bye baby" Alysha said
"Bye babe"
"Bye guys"
"Bye" Tay said.

First chapter of a new book. I hope you guys like it so far. I'm gonna pic it up but since it's the first chapter I don't wanna dive right in.
