Twenty one

Vic's POV

I woke up to my son jumping on me.
"I can see your eyes open daddy" he said holding my face with his little hands. I chuckled and rolled him off me and onto Tay.
"Mmmmm. Vic stop"
"It's not me" she opened her eyes and smiled at Alex
"Morning baby" she said.
"Wake up. Ally is coming to pick you up" she looked at me confused and I just nodded.
"Why?"
"You guys are going shopping"
"Why?" she asked again
"For Palm Springs!" He yelled
"Oh shoot!" And she jumped out of bed. Us, the boys and their girlfriends were going to Palm Springs for spring break, that week will also be Tay's 26th birthday and the girls have been complaining about not having proper clothes so they're going shopping while us boys go take care of business.

Alex and I went downstairs to make breakfast for him and coffees for Tay and I while she got dressed.
She came down about 25 minutes later in white shorts and a blue tank top with black and white vans. Her hair was in a pony tail and she had simple make up.
"I see my style rubbed off on you" I said motioning to the vans in her hand.
"Totally" I got up to kiss her but the door bell rang so she went to get it.
"Hey!" She shouted.
"Hey babes!" I heard Alysha
"Hi Mikey" I heard my brother say to himself. He went past the girls and bro hugged me.
"How was yesterday? I saw the photos and it seemed like they had fun" I nodded
"They had a blast"
"Lemme see the 'tat' you got" he said putting quotation marks around tat. I stuck out my arm and he took it examining it.
"You're now part of us young one" I slapped him.
"I'm older then you"
"I'm taller. And I have more tats" he protested.
"Whatever Mikey" and we left the girls to chat away at the door till Erin and Jess came.
"There's my favourite little nephew!"  he yelled running to Alex at the table. He was just finishing his orange juice and ran off his chair to get away from him.
"Get away from me!" He yelled. Mike stopped and pouted.
"Alysha! Alex is being a meanie!" He shouted like a five year old
"Suck it up Mikey" she called back making us laugh.

About five minutes later Erin and Jess arrived along with their boyfriends. We all said hello and kicked the girls out like the gentlemen that we are.
"Ready for today?" Tony asked once I closed the door. I nodded.
"As ready as I'll ever be" and we waited for the girls to leave before we do. They think we're staying home but we're going out to do stuff.
"Let me just go get dressed" and I ran up stairs.

Taylor's POV

We climbed into my car and drove to the mall. In a week from today, we'll be in Palm Springs for both my birthday and spring break. It's also a break for the boys from the album. It's supposed to come out July 17th of next year and since they already have 8 completed songs and two half competed, they're taking a small break.

We got to the mall and I found a parking spot and we all got out.
"Where to first?" Erin asked.
"Gone bananas? I want a new bathing suit" We agreed with Jess and then headed to our first store.
"Oh my god!" Alysha yelled running to a rack.
"This is so cute!" She held up a black bikini top that came with green and black bottoms.
"Oh my god!" Erin squealed running over to the rack to find herself one. Jess stayed beside me and gave a questioning look.
"What's wrong? Vic says you love shopping"
"Yeah but I can't wear that Jess. Look how fat I am. And look at the marks that are just healing up now"
"Taylor. Are you crazy? For having a four year old you have an amazing body. And who cares about the marks. You're here and alive and getting better. That's all that matters. If you want get a tankini" she suggested. I sighed and nodded
"I guess" and we walked to the tank rack.
"But also get a bikini in case you change your mind love" I smiled at her and nodded.

We all walked out with two swim sets. Alysha got the black and green set, plus a cheetah one, Erin got an all black set with a black and pink set, Jess got a black set plus a black and blue set and I got a black bikini set with a black and purple tankini set.
"Okay now where?" Erin asked
"Forever 21?" I asked. We agreed and then set off to our next store of the day.

Vic's POV

"What about this one?" The guy asked. I shook my head.
"No it's too plain"
"Dude you've been here an hour. Pick a ring and let's go" my little brother whined.
"It's just an engagement ring Vic. Isn't the wedding ring supposed to be better?" Hime asked
"No they're supposed to be equal. Now shut up and let me pick"
"You said your girlfriend likes bling but not too much correct?" I nodded and he opened the glass cabinet. He took out a whole rack of rings that look like something Tay would like.
"What about this?" He gently pulled out a ring that was plain around until it got to the top. It was a diamond and had a few small ones to the sides.
"Wow. This is perfect. Guys I think I found it"
"Good cause I want food" Alex complained from Tony's back. He was getting bored so tony decided to put him on his back.
"I'm taking it" he nodded and brought it up to the cash where I then paid for it. I looked at his name tag. Oliver was his name.
"Thank you for your help Oliver" I said as he slid the bag across the counter
"Not at all. She must mean a lot to you if you're stressing for a ring mate" I smiled and nodded.
"Yeah she means a lot to me"
"Don't lose her" he warned. I nodded and then we left.

"Are you sure the girls aren't here?" Tony asked
"They're at Fashion Valley. Chill tone you aren't gonna get caught" Mike reassured him.
We all headed out of the mall and to my truck. I got in the drivers seat, my brother in the passenger, Tony behind me, Alex in the middle in his seat and Jaime behind Mike.
"Where do you guys wanna go?" asked starting the engine and going to the road.
"Your place" Mike said. We agreed and I drove to my house.
Once we got there, we got out and headed inside where I went to my room and hid the red velvet ring box in my already packed suit case.
I walked downstairs to see Tony had pulled out a box of frozen pizza and put it in the oven.
"I love how you bought cheese pizza for your favourite turtle" he said throwing the box away. I bought a cheese pizza and a pepperoni one a few days ago for us boys when they come over.
"Well duh" my phone went off indicating a Twitter notification.

And it was a photo of all their bags in the trunk of Tay's car.
"Please tell me they're just advertising those stores" Jaime begged.
"I hope so Hime" we then heard the door handle jiggle open and in came four voices.
The girls came into the kitchen/living room area with their bags and set them down in the living room.
"Jesus Christ did you rob a bank?" Tony asked
"If you did that's not fair. I wanted to do it first" Jaime whined causing us to laugh.
"How was today?" I asked.
"Fun" Alysha said. She was bent down trying to find something in I'm assuming her bags but Mike decided to walk over and smack her ass.
"Not now Mike" he did it again and she stood straight and faced him.
"I still chop off your dick and staple it to your forehead Michael" he walked back over to us guys and sat beside me at the table.
"We'll be back" Tay announced as her and the girls went downstairs to get her suitcases.
"You hid it properly right?" Tony asked taking the pizza out of the oven. I nodded
"Unless she rummages through my bags she won't find anything"
"I won't find what?" She asked coming up the stairs 
"Condoms" Jaime said quickly. I mentally face palmed for his stupidness. She gave a questioning look but headed up the stairs to our bedroom.
"You just have to keep it hidden till her birthday. It's not that hard" Mike said. I shrugged my shoulders.
"I hope"

Short filler chapter. Next one will be interesting.
Anywhore. Yassss they're gonna get engaged! But don't worry, after they're marriage there's still gonna be a few more chapter
leading up to warped 2012. After that I think I'll end it off. To the side/top is the ring Vic picked out. Do you think he has good taste in choosing rings ;)
Btw I know Jess doesn't have Twitter, there is an account with the same user as her ig but idk if it's hers. There's no tweets or anything but I just used the user.
