Nineteen

Taylor's POV

I was just unhook from all the crap that was attached to me and was able to go to the bathroom. Vic had gotten here a few minutes ago and brought me extra clothes which were grey sweat pants, a black tank top and a red plaid shirt to go over it with my black and white vans. I would shower when I get home because I don't wanna use these bathrooms. I threw my hair into a bun, changed and walked out to see him sitting on the bed scrolling through his phone. I guess he heard me because he turned off his phone and walked over to me. We kissed and he took my bag, interlocking our fingers with his free hand.
"I can take my own bag babe" I said smiling. He just shook his head.
"Nope" and he started walking, tagging me along in the process. He signed me out and we headed to his car. Alex was already at school so I had a few hours to do somethings.

"Babe you should rest" Vic said coming upstairs.
"I'm just gonna shower Vic" he nodded and left me to do my thing. I washed my hair and body before coming out and wrapping my hair in a towel. I dried off and changed into batman pyjama pants and a black t-shirt. I then brushed out my hair and walked downstairs to see my boyfriend cleaning the kitchen for me. When I got home, it was already clean but I guess he knows how I am.
"Thank you baby" I said coming behind him and wrapping my arms around his torso. He turned around and kissed my forehead.
"Anything for you darling" his grip around me tightened
"Go lay down on the couch. I'll be there soon. I just have to finish this" I nodded and went over to the living room. My collar bone and arm were still really soar but I had to get over the pain somehow right? Hopefully the pain killer will kick in soon. I turned on the tv and the amazing world on gumball came on. I changed the channel to TCL and say yes to the dress came on.

"Whatcha watching?" My boyfriend came into the room and lifted my legs so he could sit beside me.
"Say yes to the dress" he groaned
"This show again?" I giggled and nodded causing a smile to come on his face.
"You're obsessed with this show"
"Just like how Mike is obsessed with Harry Potter"
"No you're worse" I looked at him
"Do I have tattoos of them? No" he chuckled
"Okay true" we continued watching the rest of the show. Once it ended Vic changed it to TLN and CSI: Miami was on. One of our favourites. Well another one of my favourites.
It was now time for Vic to go pick up Alex so he left about five minutes ago. I decided to scroll through Twitter to see what's new. There were many fans wishing me well and I found it so sweet that they cared a lot. Some called me mom, others called me their wife, a few called me their sister. Basically whatever Vic was to them, they'd call me something similar. I found it funny and cute at the same time. Some even posted photos of us together from years ago when I went to the boys' shows and a few from recently when they see me in public.

"Mommy might be sleeping so be quite okay bud?" I heard Vic say once he opened the door.
"Okay" I heard him whisper.
"Mommy's awake" I called. I heard him gasp and I soon heard shoes getting thrown followed by my four year old running into the living room jumping onto me.
"How's my big boy" I cooed. I missed being home with my boys.
"I'm good" vic said.
"She asked me!"
"No me!"
"No I asked Spider-Man" I joined in making them both look at me. Vic put the lunch bag away before coming to join us on the couch.
"The guys said they're coming over later to work on the new album"
"Do you have a name for it yet?" He shrugged
"It's hard. I think we have the one we're gonna go with though" I nodded
"What about the songs?"
"We have about 8 so far completed and two almost done. When the guys come over we'll show you a little sneak peek" I nodded. The door bell rang and I wanted to greet the boys so I got up and went to answer it.

"Taylor!" They all screamed when I opened it.
"Hi boys" they pulled me in for a group hug.
"Can't. Breathe" I let out. They let go and headed to the living room. After greeting Vic and Alex, all of us headed to the basement studio.
"Show me what you children have done these past few months" I announced sitting down on the couch. Alex sat beside me and the guys went to their little 'performing space' which was really just a huge round carpet with Mike's drum set and Vic's guitars to the side. The boys brought their guitar and bass.
"Pick one" Vic said handing me their new songs.

"I wrote a bit of A Match Into Water" Mike yelled proudly from behind his drums.
"Hell Above, A Match Into Water and The First Punch please boys" I smiled like a little girl.
"If you want Hell Above then you need the first part of it" Jaime sassed.
"Okay" Alex piped up. The boys agreed and started up the first intro to Hell Above. I pulled out my phone took a photo of the boys playing.

And I posted it to Twitter receiving many likes, retweets and some asking for a little preview. I would love to give it to them but it's supposed to me a surprise.
They had just finished May these noises startle you, Hell Above and The First Punch. They wanted to play A Match Into Water last to make it special. Says Mikey.
"Ready for the final and best song in the entire universe?" Jaime asked excitedly. I giggled and nodded and then Mike started the beat. I looked to my side to see Alex smiling and moving his head to the beat. He enjoyed watching the guys practice. When they go on their next tour, I'm taking him to the San Diego venue.

'I kissed the scars on her skin' I looked up at them. Mike was looking at me mouthing the words.
'I still think you're beautiful
And I don't ever wanna lose my best friend' he pointed his drum stick to me and smiled
'I screamed out, God, you vulture
Bring her back or take me with her'
I assume he wrote those lyrics.
'The chemicals will bring you home again

These boys were powerful with their lyrics. All of them. It amazes me how far they've come. Vic being in Three Simple Words, Before Today and now Pierce, Mike being in two of those, Jaime and Tony previously being in Trigger My Nightmare. When you combine all of them, you get ptv and they're a group of kids who just had a dream growing up.
"How did my bestest bestie like the lyrics" Mike asked sitting beside me slinging his arm around my shoulder.
"They were powerful Mikey. Didn't think a raper who sings about sex and drugs would have those words in him"
"Hey. The raping is just when I'm board. I wrote a bit of the song when I was sitting beside your bed at the hospital" now it made sense. The beginning made sense because he would always kiss my scars and tell me I'm beautiful and how if I continue, he's gonna loose me and he doesn't wanna lose his best friend, the chemicals will bring me home again meant that all the medication I was taking would help me wake up so I could come home. Wow I feel dumb.
"Yo lets go watch a movie!" Tony screamed coming to pick up Alex and running up the stairs
"What movie?" Vic asked placing his guitar back on the wall.
"Star Wars!" The two yelled making the rest of us groan. Mike and I got up and headed up stairs. I turned around and Vic was looking at Mike's drum set.
"You go up. We'll be there soon" he nodded and went upstairs. I went over to him and wrapped my arms around his waist.
"What's wrong?" I asked

Ouu another cliff hanger. Don't hate me guys!
Yay Tay is home! I've been waiting to bring her home so I could continue the story because I wanna add some Kellin Quinn in this at some point and I have some major things planned out for this but it couldn't happen with her in the hospital.
I know AMIW was written for Vic's ex/friend who had cancer but I wanted this song to be about Tay so that's what I did because why not.
