Leah's POV

There was something odd about that hospital. The nurses and doctors all seemed to be hiding something. I told Zoe that we needed at find Joe quickly because as I was walking back from my cubicle to the waiting room I heard screams. They were all coming from one corridor. Corridor 21. I heard two female screams and 4 male. A nurse found me and told me I shouldn't be down there. (It was the only time I heard one of them speak) She grabbed my arm viciously and dragged me back to the corridor where my cubicle was and dumped me. She pointed to a door and scuttled away. I walked to where she was pointing and saw Zoe sitting on a chair. I walked up to her casually so I didn't look suspicious.

We decided to go to the toilets so we could talk privately. I explained to Zoe what had happened. She seemed awfully distressed by it and I tried my best to ease her. We thought that we needed a better look at the corridor. We decided to use me as a distraction so Zoe could sneak to corridor 21 and investigate.

I walked outside and sat on a bench for 30 minutes so the doctors thought I'd left. I ran in screaming. 'Please help help, my girl. My little girl! I've lost her! Please help me! Please!' Loads of people came rushing out the hospital and the doctors seemed almost human for the first time. Some of them tried to comfort me. Others helped look for 'my little girl'. I couldn't help but worry about Joe. I know he can take care of him self but he needs rest and I doubt he'll get any here.

The doctors asked me for a photo of my 'daughter' so they knew what they were looking for. Oh no. 'Um...' I stuttered before a doctor shouted 'she's lying'. They all rushed back inside. Except for one. It was the one who had spoken to me before. I looked at her name tag and it read Dr. Addison. She grabbed my arm again and yanked me too a dark room. She flicked the lights on and made me sit on a chair. The room looked like an police room. It had a mirror on the wall which you see in films. There was clearly a figure of someone watching on the other side. I felt like I was being interrogated. Dr. Addison handcuffed my wrist to one of the arms of the chair. 'Stay here.' She walked out of the room and slammed the door behind her. Well...that plan worked.
