Joe's POV
The moments that followed seemed to go by in slow motion. A nurse pushed me and Leah out of the room. Once we were out the door she hurried back inside and gathered around Zoe. I watched through the glass in shock tears spilling out my eyes like waterfalls. I turned to Leah. She was shaking and then ran. I couldn't follow her, i had to stay with Zoe. She couldn't be alone.
Suddenly the doctors all stepped back and one looked at the clock. The spoke the words which would haunt my memories for years to come. 'Time of death 3:57.'
A/n I know this is a really short part but I wanted to keep it short so it had more impact. Also at my school we got our injections today so my arm kills so I can't type much ☹️Anyway thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed it ☺️❤️
