Leah's POV
5 months had passed now. Zoe was gone and everybody missed her like hell. The first month was the hardest. No one talked much. They didn't know what to say. Joe had to upload the most upsetting video to Zoe's channel. I felt so horrible for him. It must have been so hard letting 10 million fans know that their idol was dead. Alfie was in high security prison. I guess you could say that this is one good thing to come out of our situation. Although a million pounds wouldn't take away the pain we were feeling now. For the first week Joe didn't talk to me...to anyone. He slowly began to talk again and he eventually got back to the person he was before...apart from a Zoe sized hole in his heart.
It's coming up to Zoe's birthday now. Possibly the hardest day of the year. We decided to have a bit of a party. Zoe always liked party's and we thought it's what she would have wanted. We were celebrating her life and her achievements. We invited friends and family. We made food and drink. Once everyone was at our house we all did speeches. Joe started. 'Zoe was loved by all of us here. And she was loved back. She knew how to help us all and she knew what we needed...which was usually just a hug. I wish I could hug her right now.' A tear fell down his cheek as he said sorry and ran upstairs. I followed him. He walked into his room and slammed the door. I knocked on the door and told him it was me. I heard him crying. I told him to let me in but he didn't. I sat down and waited.
It quickly turned to night. Family members came up every now and again to see how Joe was or to say goodbye to me. I stayed beside the door. I didn't want Joe to feel alone right now. I got tired so I grabbed a blanket from the sofa downstairs and ran back to Joes door. I leaned my head on joes door frame and drifted off to sleep.
