Summer is over and the GA group is back! This time, the 8th grade teachers have to deal with us! New teachers, new 7th graders to mess with, new classmates and new stories! This year will be fun! Name changes, duh :P
So, for Visual Arts, we had a field trip to Columbia for an art museum. Before we left though, Bradley did an auction for his art career! Anyway, onto the actual field trip...
We left at around 9:30 and the bus ride there was sort of normal. We went through a rest stop and there were soldiers there! I began to wave at them and soon the entire bus was waving! And they waved back! :D Anyway, we got to the place and went into our groups. I was in Ms.DieDeutschLehrerin's group. Soon, we all went in and the museum people took us into a room to watch a movie about the exhibition they displayed called Remix. After that video, everyone was separated into two groups and those groups were separated into three groups.
I got lost immediately... I never heard Ms.DieDeutschLehrerin's group get called out and when I looked around, I saw no one from that group still in the room. (We were team 1 by the way) Team 2 was already lining up and I began to freak out...it's easy for me to freak out... Anyway, I asked Ms.Hole where they were and LUCKILY Ms.Carter from team 1 was still in the room. She took me to the studio (where I STILL didn't see anyone ;___; I nearly cried so much...) where we had to make remixes of artwork. I made one I called: The Downfall of Civilization. I can't show it now, since Ms.Carter still has them. But, in the picture, there was an ancient civilization with obelisks and temples. Three people stood in front of the temple and they were pointing to the sky. What was in the sky? A hunter on a horse that has a rainbow coming out of his butt. The hunter was chasing a flying buffalo in the air. Next, I finally got reunited with my group, and we all toured the artwork in the museum. Images below!

Soon, we left and ate lunch outside of the museum. Then we went home.
