Jason & Nico part 5

Nico's POV
As we walked into the dining hall I felt everyone's eyes on me and Will. I looked down at my feet and quickly made my way to the Hades table. As I sat down I saw Will walk over to the Apollo table to be greeted by his siblings waving and high five-ing him. This made me missed Hazel. I had been asleep when she left and immediately felt bad and missed her even more.
"Hey Nico my main man, my bro, my brother from another mother" Jason said as he sat down next to me.
"What do you want Jason?" I said in a grumpy voice.
"Why do you assume I want something?"
"I don't know" I say "I guess I'm not used to people talking to me for any other reason".
"Well that's just depressing Neeks. Anyway watcha doin later?"
" going back to the infirmary with Will".
"You don't sound that upset about that" said Jason.
"I mean of course I would prefer to be in my own cabin but it could be worse, and plus Will's being really nice to me and I have had enough of pushing people away you know"
Jason smiled at me. "So you and Solace hey"
My cheeks flushed. I certainly had strong feelings towards him but I still wasn't sure whether they were positive or negative yet. (Sorry for that horrible "Percy Jackson the movie" quote but it fit in really well)

I turned around to face Jason.
"What? No he's looking after me. FOR MEDICAL REASONS nothing else"
"Alright just don't be to harsh on him. Alright I'm off"
He got up and ruffled my hair as he walked over to Piper and put his arm around her and they walked off.
I have always felt alone but seeing couples all around camp 24/7 I have started feeling even more so. Part of me thinks that's why I am not pushing Will away but I feel if he gets to close he might get hurt.
As if on que I felt two warm hand squeeze my shoulders from behind.
"Hey death boy ready to go"
As much as I make out that I hate Will's nick names for me, I don't.
"Yeah whatever sunny boy"
I turned around to see Will grinning his ass off.
"Why are you smiling?" I asked dumbly.
"You just gave me a nick name" Will said giggling.
"What no I didn't" I said blushing "doesn't matter anyway. Let's go"
"Whatever you say sunshine" Will said.
