Jason gives love advise part 7

Sorry for the lack of context, I couldn't think of what to write before this.

"If you want to leave so bad then go!"
Will yelled at Nico. "Gladly" Nico said as he got up and marched out of the infirmary. Will slammed the door behind him. Still shocked from what just happened, Nico stood still with his back to the infirmary.
From behind the door Nico heard Will start crying. Tears started welling in Nico's eyes. Trying not to fall apart he slumped down against the door and buried is face in his arms. 'Thud' Nico heard Will do the same on the other side of the door. (Do you want to build a snow man? JK I couldn't resist)

It had been at least 2 hours since Nico left the infirmary. He went back to his cabin and sat on his bed with his face buried in his pillow.
Nico heard a knock on his door.
"Nico, it's Jason can I come in?"
Nico sat up and wiped his face with his sleeve.
"Yeah I guess" said Nico who had calmed down enough to talk.
Jason opened the door, walked in and sat next to Nico who was sitting on his bed.
"What's wrong, you missed dinner"
"Yeah I wasn't really hungry" Nico said quietly.
"What happened between you and Will?" Asked Jason.
"Nothing that's the problem. I thought we had something and-" Nico was starting to cry now. Jason put his arm around Nico carefully because he didn't know how Nico would react.
"Will missed dinner too you know" said Jason reassuringly.
"Not like him to miss meals, he always made me eat when I didn't want to,'doctors orders'" he said chuckling a bit.
"That's because he cares about you" Jason said rubbing Nico's back.
"No it's his job, he never liked me that way. Especially not now".
"You are as blind as a bat" Jason said taking his arm off Nico.
"He is spending day after day to take care of you, you know. The doctors in the infirmary deliberately don't ask to check up on you because they know Will likes to. Trust me I'm friends with Cecil. You can't say he's only doing that because it's his job, he didn't have to do all that but he did because he cares about you Nico" Jason said raising his voice a little.
"Why me? Ever since I got back to camp he has all of a sudden been all nice to me. We never even talked until then." Nico said.
"That's because-" Jason stopped himself.
"Because of what?" Nico asked.
"You know I'm friends with Cecil right. Well when we were on the Argo II I iris messaged him and was telling him what had happened the last few months and it kind of slipped out. Then we started talking about all the gay people at camp and Will's name was brought up. I told him not to tell anyone about you but I think he told Will".
Normally Nico would be mad but he was to exhausted to care.
"To late now" Said Nico.
"Just talk to him, you never know he might even have a crush on you" said Jason getting up.
"Is that a fact?" Nico asked wiping his eyes with his sleeve.
"Take it from a guy dating a daughter of Aphrodite, he does".
