Sawyer Jayde (Chapter. 26)

*April & Beth*

"So how is it being with Leo again?" Beth asked.

"Honestly, more amazing than I could ever explain. I never thought we would be together again. But now here we are. We are happier than ever. He's actually excited for Sawyer! I couldn't ask for more. But enough about Leo and I how about you? How is it having a newborn? How is little Lily?" I asked with excitement.

"Everything is great. She's healthy and a happy little baby. Bentley is loving having another little sister. Carter is having a few difficulties because she isn't the baby anymore. But everything is good. I couldn't ask for anything better. We lose a lot of sleep but I couldn't be happier."

"That's great!" I said.

*Leo & Wes*

"So how is Lily?" I asked.

"She's happy and healthy. I thought I wouldn't be a fan of having three little children. But honestly I love it. I really missed Carter being that smile. I mean you feel so needed when they are that little. I do feel like I never sleep though. Not to mention Carter is still adjusting to not being the baby anymore. But other than that it's great! But I have to ask. Isn't weird that you are going to be stepping up and being a father of a child that isn't yours? I think I'd feel weird. Oh and how are you and April now that you're back together!?" Wes explained and asked.

"You know you'd think it would be weird. But I know the father is Scott. I also know how horrible he is. I mean he didn't even want her. She deserves a better father than that. Not to mention she is just part of the package for April. I am actually more than happy to be Sawyer's dad. I hope we never tell her that I'm not her real father. We can be a happy family. She will never know the difference. Well besides her last name is Beverly instead of Storm. April and I are great. I didn't think we would end up together after everything. But I guess we really are meant to be." I explained.

"Wow! I'm happy all four of us are actually happy again. I mean we have been through so much and now we are all happy." Wes admitted.

"I agree. So I'm thinking once Sawyer's born. I want to get married to April again. Have a full wedding and everything again. To make all of this official."

"That's a great idea!"

*Leo & April*

"You know how much I adore you. After everything we made it back to each other. I told you I wouldn't lose you this time. I truly refuse too. So I'm proposing that after Sawyer is born, we have a wedding and become married again. I want to be locked tight to you for life. So April Beverly will you marry me?" Leo asked.

I gasped. I never expected this to come out of his mouth.

"Leo of course!" I said and I wrapped my arms around him and he kissed me.

*A few months later*

"Scott's or not you're gorgeous. Don't you worry no boy will ever touch you. Even when you're ninety." Wes said to Sawyer while holding her.

"I couldn't be happier." I said smiling at Leo.

"I agree. She is beautiful. I don't care biological or not she is my daughter." Leo said and he hugged me.

"I mean do I get to hold her or are you just going to hog her all day?" Beth asked Wes.

"My bad it's my first and only niece. I dare some little boy to try to kiss her when she's older. It won't happen."

Beth just smiled and rolled her eyes. Then she took Sawyer.

"Well welcome to craziness. But you got a pretty cool older brother. I still sometimes question why I married into the craziness. But I do love your uncle. Well and your mama is my best friend. I have a feeling when you get older and boys get involved. You are going to have issues with not only your dad but your uncle as well." Beth said with a smile.
