Chapter 3: The First Phase

(Y/N's) POV

And now here I am at the hunter site hall, and my navigator left me and give me a round tag indicating my number.

"406 huh? I guess how many participants will be joining this year?" I said to myself.

*Ding*

The elevator was opened. I drop jaw in amazement. There's a lot of people here. I step outside the elevator and began to look around. They all threw a glare daggers at me. I sweatdrop. They are right. They all look accomplished and vicious.

"Tsk! What is a kid doing here? She's even a girl." a guy said.

"She should go home and play with her dollie." They all murmered.

Tsk! Although I am a kid and they look very tough one, I will never let myself to be left behind with them. Why don't they try me? Huh!

As I'm busy looking around I bumped into someone, "Oh! I'm sorry mister." I said as I look to a guy that looks like a clown, then he smirked.

"Oh! I'm Hisoka, and you are?" He asked and offered his hand for a shake. Geez! His voice likes a gay.

"I'm Y/N. Nice meeting you." Woooah! Goosebumps! Then, we partways.

After walking, I decided to sit down and rest for a minute. Boy! that clown guy is so creepy.

*Kring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

"What was that?" everybody said as they turn to the man coming down by an elevator type.

"As of this moment the exam is close for any further applicant." A man with a mustache but no mouth said.

"I would like to officially welcome everyone here to the hunter exam." All of the attention is directed in to him. I can feel the pressure that roams around the hall.

"Alright! Finally it's gonna get started!" A spike haired boy with a green highlights said. Gosh! I am so excited and nervous too.

"....if you accept the risk then you might continue following me." the earlier guy said, who supposed to be our examiner. As what he said, everyone is following him.

"Oh I forgot, I'm Satotz, your examiner for this first phase. I am very pleased that we have 408 applicants.. at least for now. Continue following me as I may lead you to the second phase." he said while walking.

After a while, I noticed that he was peaking up the pace. Getting slightly far from the applicants.

"Oh hey!" a voice said. I turn to my back and see the spike haired boy. "Hi! I'm Gon. Gon Freecs, and this is Kurapika, and Leorio. What's your name?" Oh! This kid is so cute. I want to pinch his cheeks.

"I'm (Y/N). (F/N)"

As we go along, Gon and I had a great time to chit chat, then suddenly we heard Leorio shouting, "Hey you kid on the skateboard! That's not fair! You're cheating!" then we look as what Leorio's pertaining, we saw a silver haired kid riding his skateboard.

Wait.

H-he looks like him.

"Hey! (Y/N) are you ok? You look pale?" as Gon said and I nodded him. I'm spacing out. But--

"Hey! What's your name?" Gon said.

"I'm Killua. How about you two?"

"I'm Gon. and This is (Y/N). Kurapika. and Leorio."

"How old are you then?"

"(Y/N) and I are both 12. How about you?"

"Same as you. So I guess I should be running too." Killua said then he flip his skateboard. Wow! Very impressive.
