Chapter 4: The Second Phase

Third Person's POV

Killua didn't notice that he fell in a sleep too beside Y/N. They didn't notice Gon, Kurapika, and Leorio had gotten arrived.

"Hey! Killua, Y/N, wake up! wake up!" Gon said, while shaking the two from slumber. Killua gotten up from sleep while Y/N...

"Five more minutes please." shaking her shoulder to take off Gon's hand.

"Woah! Y/N is a sure sleepyhead huh!" Leorio said.

But still Gon is waking her up while Y/N irritatedly wake up conciously and punch Gon in the face. After punching him in the face Y/N realize what she'd done and suprisingly she saw Gon groan in pain.

"Oh! S-sorry! Gon. I didn't mean too. I am really sorry." Y/N plead. Her other friends was still in a state of shock for what was happened, even Killua.

"Y-Y/N, you're scary" Kurapika said, while Killua thought 'I shouldn't messed her up while she was sleeping.'

"All of the successful applicants from the first phase may come in." a girl said and the gate of the second site opened.

Buhara, a big big guy, and Menchie appeared in the front of them.

"I am Menchie, and this is Buhara, we are a Gourmet Hunters, and also happened to be your examiner."

'A gourmet hunters?'  everybody thought.

"For this second phase, the exam is..... cooking!" Menchie said.

Every applicants seems to be disappointed at this time. They even thought to theirselves that 'why should be cooking?', but except Y/N. Y/N loves cooking.

"For the part 1 of this phase, you're assigned for a roasted pig!" Buhara said.

After that, everyone got in their way to find a pig in the middle of the forest.

As you searched, you found the pigs. "Gon. Killua. Kurapika. Leorio. I found it." Y/N shouted carefully, and enough for them to hear. The gang immediately hide themselves at the bush near pigs.

"W-what the! Bones? Their eating bones? Are they carnivores?" Leorio terrifiedly said.

"Yes and we should be careful." Kurapika said.

Y/N giggled in excitement and immediately uncovered herself from the bush and shouted, "Hey! Pigs! come on and get it me!", then she ran off.

"What the?! Is she insane?!" Leorio said.

Killua immediately followed Y/N, while Kurapika, Gon, and Leorio followed Killua. Behind are the carnivorous pigs who are chasing them.

They parted their ways, and some of the pigs are chasing each one of them.

"Ok so let's begin!" Y/N said and began charging at the pigs, and it falls down to their death.

*Timeskipped*

As all of the applicants finished their dishes, they presented it to Buhara and Menchie one by one, while Buhara passing every applicants, and Menchie haven't passed anyone yet. 

"Now! for the second phase, I want you to make a Nigara sushi." Menchie said leaving all applicants clueless except Y/N, and the bald headed ninja, named Hanzo.

As everyone got a tip from Kurapika while others are eavesdroping at the conversation with Leorio, they began running off near the river. Y/N giggled.

"Really? Is it how it does?" Gon said, as Y/N instructed them how it was done since they're her friends.

Every applicants is busy working on their sushi at their area, because Hanzo accidentally revealed how it does while confronting Menchie because she failed him.
