Chapter 9: World Crashing Down

Third Person's POV

They are now at the waiting room where they need to stay for about 50 hours because of Leorio for loosing on a bet at his opponent.

"Killua? How did you do that?" Kurapika said. Where everyone is waiting for the answer of Killua.

"What?" Killua answered.

"How did you killed Jonas, The Disector? How did you learned that skill like that?", Jonas, The Disector is Killua's opponent awhile ago. He is a worst mass murderer in the history of Zaban City. Nobody knows how many has he killed but it was sure a lot, because it was hard to tell exactly, he teared the flesh part of the body with his bare hand. That's why he got his name, Jonas, The Disector.

"I wouldn't even considered that a skill really, all I gonna do is reach out and grab it. But the trick is, I just adjust this part of my body which is easier to do." Killua said as he presented how he killed Jonas by his sharp nails in his hands.

"He might be a mass murderer, but he's still an amateur, and well I used to be a professional. If you thought that was good? You should see my dad in action, when he snatch out someone's heart, you wouldn't see any spill of a single drop of blood." He added proudly. They are all very shock of what Killua showed.

"Oh! Killua is from an Elite Family of Assassin, the Zoldyk Family." Gon said.

"How did you know?" Leorio asked.

"We had already talked about it when we are on the airship." Gon explained.

Y/N knows also that he is from a Zoldyk Family, an elite family of an assassin. But he didn't know that the guy who killed his parents is his brother.

Killua is also worried about what he just shown earlier, even in the fight because he thinks that Y/N might got afraid of him. So he look Y/N worriedly.

'I'm just glad that his on our side.' Kurapika thought.

They got all sat at the sofa in the waiting room.

As the time goes by...

"I'm just gonna change my clothes." Y/N said, then she proceed to the comfort room.

Killua suddenly blushed on the thought of Y/N's changing clothes. He shrugged it. 'What am I thinking!'.

As Y/N got finished, she wore a pink short which is half away in her knees, and plain white v-neck shirt.

"You look cute!" Gon said.

"T-thanks!" Y/N said shyly as her face heat up.

Y/N sat on the floor where Killua and Gon is.

"Are you tired?" Killua asked.

"A little bit."

"Why don't you rest for a while at the sofa?"

"No it's ok."

Gon stood up and went where Kurapika is.

"What are your reading?" Gon asked to Kurapika, who is reading a book.

"A tale of a two cities."  He answered.

Back on where Killua and Y/N is..

"Uhm. Are you afraid?" Killua suddenly asked leaving Y/N clueless.

"I mean, are you afraid of me? Because of what was happened earlier?"

"N-no Killua.... I-I'm just thinking.." She paused while looking down at the floor. "A-are you really him? The boy?"

Killua widened his eyes of the sudden question. "Y-yes."

"Then, I want to ask some question?" She continue.

"What are you doing there at that night?"

Killua looked down. "I-I followed Illumi on his mission when I heard that he was going to kill your parents."

"B-but why? Why are you doing that?"

"B-because, my mind tell so."

"I don't understand?" Y/N said emphasizing every word and keeping herself to shout. "And who is that Illumi? How do you know him?"

"M-my brother. Who killed your parents." His world began crashing as he spitted it out.

"Your brother!? The one who killed my parents!?" Y/N felt the rushing up of anger inside her for what she had heard. She stood up a charging stunt against Killua, looking angry. Enough for everyone to hold Y/N and blocking her for the next step that she'd gonna do.

"Do you know!? Why I am here!? I am here to be a hunter and to have a revenge for those a killed my parents! And I don't know how I would gonna feel right now that you, Killua, is my friend, and at the same time the brother who killed my parents!" Y/N exclaimed while Kurapika, Gon, and Leorio holding and stopping her. The three can't also believe for what they have heard.

"L-look. Y/N, that's why I saved you. Could you please listen to me first?" A sadness can trace on Killua's face.

"No! Not this time! Not ever again! Forget this! Because this time, I look at you as my enemy." The she shrugged the hands who holds her and walked away from them and sit on the other side.

Y/N sat while hugging her knees trying to be calm. Catching her breath. Her friends decided to let her to be alone this time to think.

Killua's mind is scattered now. Thinking now that he loose Y/N because of his background. His world is now crashing down.

'What would I gonna do?' Killua said to himself.

*Timeskip *

They got all arrived successfully at the bottom. Killua and Y/N is still not talking to each other. Y/N decided to get away from him.

Lippo ordered all the successful applicants to get inside the vessel which will bring them for the fourth phase.

Gon, Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio is finding Y/N at the ship, but she's nowhere to be found. They wonder where she is.
