Lippo is the examiner for the third phase. They didn't know all the applicants is being watched by him from the time that they arrived at the Trick Tower.
"It's showtime." Lippo said to himself.
"Uhm. Sir did you notice that they're just some kids?" One of the assistant said who is standing at the back of Lippo.
"I know." He muttered.
As Y/N, Killua, Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika entered the 5 trap doors, Lippo ordered his two assistant to prepare now.
The five of them didn't know what's waiting for them ahead.
"Hmm. The path of majority rules. To reach the bottom, all five of you must vote to overcome the challenges you encounter and on this route, majority rules." Kurapika read.
They look at the watches. "They look like timers." Killua said.
"But I am not sure for this X and O bottoms. They expecting the five of us." Kurapika added.
"Hello applicants! I am Lippo, the examiner for this phase. They are many ways to get in the bottom of this tower each route has its own unique challenges. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the five of you to the path of majority rules. It's one of our toughest courses, so you need to cooperate to survive. I wish you all the best of luck!" Lippo said via sound system builted at the route.
Then one of the wall started to open.
"Y/N please stay close." Killua said look concerned. Y/N nodded.
"This will be your first vote. Press O if you want to open the door, and X if you don't." Lippo explained.
"Majority rules has started already? Well." Leorio said.
Then they began to press the botton. As the vote appears to the screen, O-4 and X-1.
"That's weird? Ok! Who choose to not open the door?!" Leorio shouted as a anime vein appeared on his head.
"O-oh! S-sorry about that. I press X by accident." Y/N said scratching his head.
"The door opened isn't? It's ok." Killua said then he smirk to Y/N. They began to walk.
"What is this place?" Leorio said as they reach their way in the arena where there are four flames in each corner lightning the place.
"Look over there!" Killua exclaimed pointing the persons with a hood in the opposite way.
Then suddenly 1 person there began to break the shaft in their hands and barely suit out the hood presenting a muscular bald guy.
"The exam committee listed us to be one of the applicant testing process. This is will be the five of you will fight the five of us." He shouted.
"Hmm. That guy looks pretty tough." Y/N said.
"Matches are one on one, you can't fight more than once. It doesn't matter who fight when, you are on the path of the majority rules which means in order to continue you have to win at least three out of five. Fight anyway you want. There will be no draws. To be declared a winner, your opponent must declared defeat." He pause. "It's time to decide whether or not accept this challenge. If you do, press O; if not, press X."
Then the five started to both. Appearing in the screen, which is in the middle of arena, it is a unanimous decision presenting O-5 and X-0.
"Now, let's get started. I'll take the first fight. Who thinks can beat me?" The guy shouted.
"I think I'll go first." Y/N said.
As she began to step forward Killua handed him at her wrist. Killua is very afraid now for Y/N knowing that she might get hurt for this fight and Killua don't want that to be happen.
"Killua, I'll get a try. If I can't, then I will surrender." Y/N said, sufficing Killua to let go of his wrist. Kurapika, Gon, and Leorio is worried for her.
"Ok! I'll go!" Then she began to step in at the arena.
"Ok then!" The guy said and began to walk in at the arena.
'His obviously the type of a fighter who relies on his physical strength.' Y/N thought.
"Now, let's decide how are we gonna do this... I say, we can make a fight to the death." Y/N began to swallow a lump on her throat. She is very nervous right now. She might be trained, but she never been in a real fight before.
Killua bite his lip. Leorio gritted his teeth. 'I didn't expect this', Kurapika thought.
'The longer this takes, the more time it reduces our sentences.' Y/N's opponent thought.
The five didn't know their opponents are prisoners. Every seconds count. Everyone of those guys is serving at least hundred years of sentences, and this guy they didn't know he's a vicious criminal serving his sentence more than 700 years.
"Alright then." Y/N said.
"Be careful Y/N." Gon shouted.
Then he began to attack, he ran towards Y/N and she dodge on it. Y/N appear at the back of him and she lightly chop the neck of a guy. Luckily for her, but for the guy, it is enough for him to break down and he started to be unconcious. But before he landed on the ground Y/N kicks him which sends him to fly outside the arena, which cause him to fall for death.

"Did I win?" Y/N asked cheerfully.
Gon, Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio drop jawed as they can't recover on what Y/N done. They can't believed for what was she done in the fight.
"Aaa--yes! 1 point for your team." Lippo said as he can't believed also what was Y/N done.
She ran happily back to their base. Gon jumped praising her, then the four joined them.
As the fight goes on, Gon is next which he wins over a candle fight. Kurapika with his scarlet eyes won also, Leorio lost gambling their 50 hours time, and last is Killua who wins by getting the heart of his opponent in a blink of an eye by his claw.
They win the fight of 4 out of 5. Then they passed the arena, however they have to stay in a waiting room for their 50 hours lost. Meaning, they have to wait for the 50 hours to pass.
