To say that I was scared was an understatement, but at least I had some form of comfort. Of course, it was in the form of a boy I just met who I'd practically obsessed over for the last year, but it was still comfort. Every time I would start to shake, he would tell me that it was okay, and that I was going to do fine. For a few seconds, I believed him, then I would hear the crowd, and my nerves would hit me ten times harder. Finally, though, we had our parts all sorted out, and it was time for him to do sound check with the other boys. Our entire group got up, and Sophie, Kylie and I made our way to our spot, which had been saved by security. I'd never felt so awesome in my entire life. The girls around us glared, but we ignored them as the boys did their sound check. I was surprised at how nice they actually were. A part of me had been worried that the kindness was all just a show. It wasn't, though. They answered questions, sang, danced, and even took a few pictures.

Halfway through the sound check, Dana, Cole, and Dalton had gone behind the screen, coming back out with the plushies we had made them at Build-A-Bear. Just seeing the one that Sophie had made, it made me want to go back and make another Koala for Cole. He was being so nice to me after all. I couldn't stop laughing at Dalton, though. He was holding his mic in one hand, the dolphin in the other, pretending to dance with it while singing "Everything About U."

By the time the sound check was over, my nerves were back. Soon, I would have to get up on that stage, in front of all of these people. Obviously, my friends could sense my fear. Sophie and Kylie each had an arm looped through one of mine, and they were telling me I was going to be okay. I checked my watch. They weren't going to be actually performing for another hour. I was going to have Kylie text Dana, but it seemed as if she already had, because he came back out, motioning the three of us to come back. The security guards kindly stepped back into our spots, and we thanked them with hugs as we ran back behind the screen.

This time, everyone was piled onto one couch, with Kylie on the floor in front of Dana again, and Sophie sprawled over all of them. Naturally, I'm an awkward person. So while they were all trying to get Sophie off of them, I slipped away, making my way back to Build-A-Bear. It didn't feel right for Gabe and Will not to have one, too. Plus...I wanted Cole to have one that I made him.

It was practically empty, which was good. I grabbed three plushies from the bin. A Tiger, Panda, and Koala. Yes, Cole already had a Koala, but there was nothing els-. Wait a second. I set the Koala down, a grin on my face. They had a Jake plushie. Balls yes I was making this for Cole! I ran through the lines as quickly as I could, dressing them in the outfits and paying before I took the boxes full of plushie back to the stage. I still had time before they went on, so I slowly slipped back behind the screen, hoping no one had noticed. They all did.

"Girl! Where did you go?! And why didn't you answer your phone?! We've been worried sick!" Kylie was already jumping down my throat, and I winced. For a youngin', she sure felt like an older sister. I only sighed and held up the Build-A-Bear boxes.

"I didn't want Gabe and Will to feel left out.." I said simply as I handed them their boxes. Will almost screamed when he saw his Tiger wearing a Nutella shirt. And naturally, Gabe loved his Batman Panda. They both hugged me and I grinned, but Kylie spoke up again, a spark in her eye.

"So, who's the last one for?" I rolled my eyes at her before I walked over to Cole's place on the couch, setting the box on his lap.

"I saw it..I couldn't help myself." I sighed and moved back to the bean bag chairs Cole and I had been at before, pulling out my phone. I don't know why I hadn't heard it go off. Oh yeah..It was still on silent from the other day. I shrugged and cleared my inbox, stopping when I saw that I had three missed calls...From Aaron. This wasn't good. Not good at all. I only had one voicemail, so I listened to it sneakily. If Kylie knew I was listening to it, she would kill me. I'll see you soon. That's all it said. I had no idea what it meant, but I instantly deleted the voicemail and stuffed my phone back into my pocket.
