"So what are we going to do about," Grover paused and looked over at me with worried expression. "Alyssa's capture?"

Silence.

This pointless meeting had been going on for hours with no possible solutions. I hadn't spoken a word since I left my bed to come attend this meeting since it was Alyssa, my sister, who got captured by the unknown foe and we had very little hint from the prophecy of who was behind all of this: Gaia.

But the thing is that the other demigods who sitting around the table with Chiron (who seemed more stressed than he was telling them otherwise) at the head of the long meeting table, looked as if they are hoping for something. I didn't tell the others about the dream I had because of the redheaded girl looking at me every now and then from across the room. When I first met Rachel, she was all cool but now, not so much.

I didn't know why and what was going on but there was this deafening silence between me and Rachel that screams out Danger in every possible way, which was just simply weird.

"There is something that you all need to know," Percy spoke up looking worn out and his normal mischievous smile was no longer on his face.

"Percy," Annabeth sighed out a warning but her expression said the otherwise.

"Annabeth, we both know that this ought to be told," Percy squeezed Annabeth's hand and I felt... jealous? Seriously, what is wrong with me? Percy continued speaking, "We are not the only ones who know about this world."

"What is that supposed to mean?" Piper, who is a daughter of Aphrodite but didn't seem to be interested in those Aphrodite-y things, asked. Everyone looked alarmed now and waiting for Percy's answers.

Instead, Annabeth was the one who responded, "There are others who, as well as us, know of this gods' business and the immortal world. But the thing is that, they are neither Greeks nor Romans. They are Egyptians."

"Remember the Governors' Island incident?" Percy probed. "I told you that we fought with some powerful sorcerer that we don't know who he was of? I lied. There were two other kids who fought alongside with us and they are Egyptians. Apparently, Egyptians excel in magic. Our headquarters, this camp, is in Manhattan and theirs is at Egypt, obviously, but they have a branch in Brooklyn."

"And why are you telling us now and not before?" demanded Clarisse, daughter of Ares, who seemed to be fond of armors because she haven't taken off her dull red leather armor since we first met.

"Well, the magician we defeated? He was using the magic that combine Greek's and Egypt's with the intention to rule the world, so we figured to keep the two worlds as separate as we can because the combination might seem like an encouragement to the other people with wrong ambitions to destroy the world," Annabeth explained.

"Also, I don't want more Elvis eating my sword," Percy stated and all of us stares at him. I managed to make a weak smile at his bluntness. The room fell into another stifling silence.

I cleared my throat and raised my head to find all of the demigods and Chiron in the room looking at me, "So what are we going to do about Alyssa?"

"I suppose we will start our quest then, but this Egyptian stuff is bugging me," Chiron admitted, "I have a feeling that they might as well be involved in this." He turned to look at Percy and Annabeth. "Do you have any ways to contact them?"

"Um, yeah," Annabeth sounded uncertain as if she knew what Chiron was thinking.

"Please do call them but I don't think the camp will make a nice rendezvous point if you would like this encounter with them to be kept secret," Chiron thoughtfully said.
