"OH MY GOSH! Congratulations girl! I'm so happy for you!!" she said excitedly. I'm with Anne right now and we're currently in Starbucks dito lang malapit sa ABS. Kakatapos lang kasi ng Showtime and since wala naman kami gagawin today naisip namin na mag chill muna. I told her about Yael's proposal. 

"Pero alam mo girl, I was expecting na rin na magpopropose siya. Ang tagal niyo na rin kaya. Oh my gosh, oh my gosh! I'm so excited!! When's the big event?" she continued, her face full of excitement.

"Teka lang, teka lang." I said, with hand gestures. "I didn't say yes.." 

"WHAT?!" she said, her eyes wide open. 

"Yeap.." 

"Oh my gosh.. May problema ba?" kung kanina she sounded so excited and so happy about the proposal, ngayon she naging serious na and she looks really worried.

"Wala naman problema" I said, calmly. Para mawala yung pagaalala sa mukha niya. Wala naman talagang problema e. 

"Then, why did you reject his proposal?" now she looks lost. 

"I didn't "reject" him. Sabi ko hindi pa ko handa." I looked down and took a sip from my drink. She is still in shock. Hinayaan ko lang siya i-absorb at mag sink in yung sinabi ko.

"Are you sure that that's the only reason? That you're not ready yet?" she asked. 

"Oo naman." I answered. 

"What did he say? How did he react?" 

"Naiintindihan niya. He didn't take my answer in a wrong way. He said he will wait until I'm ready. Binigay niya sakin yung singsing, sabi niya itabi ko lang muna at suotin ko na lang daw pag handa na ko." 

"Aww.. He's so understanding." 

"Yes, Anne. He really is. I'm really grateful to have him. Bihira na lang ang mga lalakeng ganun ka-understanding." 

"Korek! Kaya if I were you, bibilisan ko na mag decide dahil baka maunahan pa ko." 

"Baliw." sabi ko. Natawa naman siya.

"He's a keeper, K. Don't let go of him." she said.

"I won't." I reassured her. Sabay kami napainom sa drink namin. Bigla naman nag-ring yung phone ni Anne. She took out her phone from her bag and checked kung sino yung tumatawag. 

"Si Vice. Ano naman kaya kelangan nito? Teka lang girl ha?" 

"Sure" I said. She answered his call. 

"Hello? Sis! O bakit napatawag ka?" I sliced a piece of the cheese cake I ordered and took a bite. Mmmm.. this. is. heaven. 

"Nasa Starbucks kami ni K." I looked at her when I heard my name. 

"Dito lang sa may ABS." 

"K and I are planning to have this movie marathon in her condo tonight. Girls only, no boys/gays allowed." Tumawa naman siya. Yeap, movie marathon kami tonight ni Anne sa place ko. We're gonna bake too. I'm excited!

"Girls nga lang diba?... Nako nako. Sandali lang." nilayo niya ng konti yung phone niya sakanya at tumingin siya sakin. "K, invite daw natin si wakla." 

"Sabihin mo bawal!" natatawang sabi ko. Nilapit na ulit ni Anne yung phone sa tenga niya at kinausap na ulit si Vice.

"O narinig mo? Bawal." natatawa pa rin ako. Magtatampo na naman yun for sure. Kasi pag kami lang ni Anne ang lumalabas o nagsha-shopping tapos hindi siya kasama, kinabukasan magtatampo siya tapos hindi niya kami papansinin ni Anne. Parang bata 'no? Ang tampuhin ni Viceral. Ganyan yan.
