Chapter 3: The Party

So, today is the day I have to tell Owen that we should break up. My heart is beating as fast as a beating drum, I'm so nervous I never had a real boyfriend maybe, I shouldn't, I didn't know what to do, while I was walking to look for him because he usually hangs out here, out of nowhere someone taps me on the shoulder it was Owen. He said in a mad voice "Where have you been?", I looked in his eye about to cry and said "I'm so sorry but, I don't think we should see each other anymore", he grabbed my wrist so hard and yelled "No you don't tell me what to do", he tried to freakin' kiss the hell out of me, and I felt so uncomfortable, I was helpless until, out of nowhere Lyric yelled out "Hey, let go of her, you bitch!" And Owen turned around, he was yelling at Lyric then, the most perfect thing happened she kicked him in the balls! She grabbed me and we headed to the apartment. I was actually pretty happy to see him writhing in pain. So, she thought I was sad and said there was a party tonight, she begged me to go to get Owen off my mind, and I said "Sure I'll go". Lyric was so happy to hear that I was going with her.
Few minutes later:
I was getting ready to go to this party I was actually pretty nervous what if I didn't know anyone there and what if a guy talks to me. Lyric knocked on my door and said "Are you ready to go?", and I opened the door, Lyric looked like an angel she was wearing a white dress and heels. She said "You looked great", and I said the same thing to her. We left to a huge mansion, and the party was so loud you can hear it from a mile away. So we went in, Lyric said can you survive here by yourself, to which I said "Yeah I can", and I knew I couldn't. So, she left somewhere, I went outside to a hammock where no one was at, and just thinking about a load of stuff, about Owen, my parents, and if I will ever find love again. Until, I heard someone coming. In the darkness I can see some hot, blue-eyed, guy came up to me and said in a deep voice "Have you seen a girl named Lyric?", I immediately got up and nervously said "Umm, she's my best friend but, I don't know where she's at though", he said looking at me straight into my eyes "Okay", and left. I felt butterflies just by looking at him, I felt something that I nevered felt before, I forgot about it, and laid in the hammock, and fell asleep. Until, I heard Lyric was looking for me because I heard her screaming my name and quickly got up from sleeping. She said we were leaving and I said "ok". She drove I was slowly falling asleep but, remembering the hot guy that was staring at me the one I saw at the party but, decided to forget about it because a hot guy like him will never talk to me, and fell back asleep.
