Chapter 24: Our Special Little Place

Hayley's POV:
Like every single day, I make my coffee, watch cartoons, and just wait for Shawn to wake up.

Sure enough he wakes up.

"Mornin'", he says while rubbing the back of his head.

"Morning"

He sits next to me at the table.

"I love The Simpsons", he tells me.

"Yeah"

"Why is it showing so early"?

"It always does"

We had this awkward little moment, when I saw Shawn staring at me with a smile, and when I see him do that I do the same thing.

So, it's like the Staring Contest but whomever laughs first.

He's the master at it. >:(

He always wins and I get mad.

"So, what do you want to do today"? I asked.

Shawn's POV:
Since, we've been hanging out a lot lately.

I've always wanted to show this very private and peaceful place to her.

"I want to take you to this very special place"

"Really, when"?

"Well, it looks better at night"

"Nice"

"Ok"

"I will definitely come"

"Of coarse, if you wouldn't I would've forced you to"

"I can see that"

"Yep"

"Why is it special for you"?

"I'll tell you when we're there"

"I have to wait that long"

"Yeah, sorry doctor's order"

"OK"

"We should spend time apart"

"What do you mean by that"?

"We've been hanging out a lot and we should spend time apart until tonight"

"See, I don't have friends"

"Really"?

"Yeah the only friend I have is you and Lyric"

It killed me, when she called me a friend.

"Oh"

"But, don't let me get in your way"

"No, I'll stay here with you"

"No, you can go I'll ask Mary if she wants to go shopping with me"

"Ok, thanks"

As, I was going to my room to get dressed, she asked where was I going, and I said to Felix's house and do guy stuff.

She question the guy stuff and I said hang out.

So, my plan is this, I'm going to buy a shitload of candles to put it around where I was taking her, buy snacks, roses, and a blanket.

I'm taking her at 9:00, after I buy everything, I'm gonna hang out with Felix, so I'm not lying to her, and at around 8:30, I go there to set everything up, and I pick her up.
