JUSTIN'S P.O.V
Today, we're heading off to Canada. Home town. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about meeting Rylie's half of the family. They probably hear everything and believe everything they see on the news about me. That's what I hate. When everyone judges me with what they see or hear on the news. *Justin Bieber cheats? Justin Bieber smokes weed* Like give it a break! Anyway, the only people I need to impress is my wife and family, also my fans, can't forget about them. "Mum we're off!" I shouted, walking into the living room. Atlanta is like a four hour drive to Canada So, its about 8 in the morning, we have to be there by 12. "Okay son, look after her okay?" She whispered, giving me a hug. I nodded before walking to the car. Rylie was already sat there, waiting for me. I smiled weakly before starting the engine. "Ready?" I whispered, rubbing her thigh. "Yeh.." She sighed, looking out the window. I concentrated on the road, aiming to get there quicker.
*4 hours later*
"Babe, we're here.." I whispered, shaking Rylie. She fell asleep about halfway through the drive. "Hm?" She groaned, opening her eyes. She smiled weakly before hoping out. Everyone was standing outside, clearly waiting for some other people to turn up. "YN!" Someone shrieked, running towards her. "Auntie Carol!" She smiled, pulling away. So she's the one who phoned? Carol pulled away looking towards Rylie's belly. "And who's this?" She asked, placing her hands onto the huge bump. Rylie chuckled, telling her that it was Jacob. "And who's he?" She scoffed, looking me up and down. Wow judgemental much. "Auntie, this is my husband, Justin. You know my best friend from school?" She told her. Her auntie still looked towards me in disgust. "The one that broke your heart? Yeh nice to meet you to." She spat, turning on her heals towards the church. "Ignore her, she's a bitch.." Rylie whispered, grabbing my hand. No one else can up to her and spoke to her. Surely she had uncles? Grandparents? "Babe, we're all going for a meal after okay? You wanna go or.." She whispered, as we sat down. Its her mums funeral and she's worried about lunch? I just nodded in response. Suddenly music started playing, and everyone turned towards the back. I looked at Rylie, unsure of what to do. Her eyes were full of tears as she watched something walk down the isle. Her mum. I kissed her cheek lightly, rubbing circles on her back.
RYLIE'S P.O.V
There she was. My mum. Even through I couldn't see her I knew she looked beautiful. Justin tried his best to comfort me. I know he hasn't been in this situation before so, I tried to make him relaxed. What pisses me off the most right now? Is how everyone of my family members are ignoring me. Like I wasn't around. "Would Rylie like to say a few words?" The priest asked. I nodded slightly, kissing Justin's cheek before making my way up to the stand. Where to start?
"Well, hey everyone, long time no see huh? Well, where to start? Mum you were always there for me. Since the beginning. You helped me through my fathers death, through my first heartbreak, and you were there for my last. I know things weren't exactly brilliant between us, but you still love me right? You still love me like I love you? I'm sorry I left you all those years ago, but I got a singing career, I made you proud. I married the guy I've always loved. It was almost like those fairy tales you use to tell be about. Mum, are you proud? Of who I am? Because... I'm not proud of myself, I let you down way to many times. But you forgive me right? I miss you.." Everyone clapped slightly as I made my way down, almost falling off the steps until someone caught me. I looked up to see a familiar face, but I couldn't tell who. "Thanks urm.. "I mumbled, wiping away my tears. "Mark..." Mark. As in, bully mark? "Urm thanks Mark.. I better go outside, everyone's waiting." By this time everyone had left, including Justin. "Where you going? Don't you wanna have a blast from the past?" He smirked, clearly talking about ages ago. He use to hit me and push me onto the ground. "Why don't you back off huh? I'm not that poor weak girl you bullied back at school." I hissed, hormones kicking in. "Oh yeh? So what are you?"
JUSTIN'S P.O.V
I walked out when everyone leaved, leaving Rylie to have some time by herself. "Justin?" I heard someone say. I turned around to see Rylie's Auntie standing there. "yes?" I smiled, shaking her hand. She seemed more, nicer. "Your good for Rylie you know. I'm sorry I judged you.." She smiled, pulling me in for a hug. "Its okay" I whispered, pulling back before things got awkward. "Where is Rylie anyway?" She asked, looking around. "I left her inside, I thought she might want some time to say goodbye.." I shrugged, but then a rush of panic ran through her body. "Where's Mark?" She whispered, who's Mark? Was he an Ex or something? "Urm, who's Mark?" I asked her, catching her by surprise. "He use to bully Rylie, didn't she tell you?" She said pulling me into the church. There she was. On her knees as his fists were raised. "Oh yeh, so what are you?" He hissed. Oh hell no.
