Game on Chapter 18

Ace’s POV

Everyone was still cheering and applauding as we left. Vick had a grip on my arm and I doubted he’d let go anytime soon. I knew the baby was fine and I assured him but he was worried that I wasn’t fine. I’d never been so happy in my entire life though and I felt like doing a major league victory dance. I was pregnant, engaged and extremely happy and safe. Galina was almost as happy as me and I had the biggest smile on my face. “You’re taking a nap”, Vick said picking me up and taking me to our room. I changed back into my nightie and went back to sleep. I slept until someone knocked on my door and I went to answer it. “What’s up Jules?” I asked seeing the girls standing in my doorway.

“Party for guardians we’re graduating early tomorrow in fact”, she said thrilled.

“Yes”, I said jumping up and down with them. I changed into some comfortable jeans and a leopard print sleeveless top with black heels. They all got dressed up using my dress up clothes and jewelry. I left Vick a note and we went to the party. Everyone screamed and cheered when I arrived and I laughed and curtsied making everyone laugh. We started listening to Disney songs and soon we were listening to Doo Bad Shi Doo and singing along. It was just guardians and we were having so much fun without any alcohol. I was graduating early I’d done it I was finished high school hip, hip hooray. Prince Ali came on next and we all danced around. The guys were singing around and the girls were dancing them and trying not to crack up. It didn’t work and we all ended up crying on the floor we were laughing that hard.

“Girls suck”, the guys said and we tripped them. We all laughed until we couldn’t breathe we were that bad. We sang along with songs through our laughter and at the end of the play list we couldn’t sing anymore anyways.

“Ever heard of what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”, Julie said faking my voice.

“No”, Cleo said in a fake preppy voice.

“You might want to look into it”, Julie said bonking her on the head and Cleo fake fainted. We all applauded and they acted out different memories. I swear to god I’ve never laughed so much in my entire life I just couldn’t stop. We slid down banisters and danced around a lot more eating all kinds of different foods. We finally went back to the room and we girls found some of our boyfriends waiting for us there. Vick was there of course and as soon as he saw me he came over and picked me up.

“Grace is going back to her nap”, he told the others then carried me out, “Grace why didn’t you stay in the room?”

“Because I wasn’t sleeping and I wanted to go to a party did you hear we’re graduating tomorrow?” I asked cheerfully.

“Yes I did but you need to be careful and have some down time”, he said opening the door.

“Vegas relax I can handle life and I’m not tired”, I said standing up on my own.

“Gracie please just sleep a little longer it has been a long day and I can’t sleep unless you’re here”, he said looking me in the eye.

“Alright but tomorrow we’re graduating and after that I’m in charge of you”, I warned him.

“I can hardly wait”, he said kissing me.

“Same here”, I said kissing him back. We kissed for a long moment then got into the bed and laid on our sides he had one hand on my belly and the other up in my hair. I felt my ring and put that hand on his and put the other one against my head and closed my eyes. For the rest of the day we slept and got room service to bring food to us. I was totally relaxed and Vick seemed calm too. “So can I go to the after parties after graduation?” I asked curiously.
