You know what's really funny? When you're not allowed to have more than one best friend because the "forces of nature" have decided you're only allowed to have one.

Excuse you. If I wanna have more than one main hoe- I mean, best friend, I'm gonna have more than one best friend.

This happened a few days ago, and I was all like "bitch pls" because having one best friend is boring as hell. When people say you aren't allowed to have more than one best friend, it honestly makes me think that they see the whole 'best friend' thing as a title and nothing more.

A best friend isn't just a title, it's something that says, "I trust this person to not ruin my life because, hey, they're a decently nice person."

Not, "oh hey this random person I've known for five minutes likes the same color as me therefore we should be best friends lol".

Best friends are people you trust with your life, your secrets, and ultimately your heart, people you love like family and support them through hell and back.

So don't tell me I can't have multiple best friends.
