Lauren's P.O.V.

What was he doing? Why was dad acting that strange?

I may be a litte bit silly and dumb but I saw in his eyes that he lied when he said that he'd just talk. I was scared. What if Drake hurted daddy?

But even when I didn't believed dad completely I covered my ears and wanted to close my eyes once I was in Emma's arms. I looked at dad and saw that Drake pointed the gun to dad. I wanted to scream but Emma covered my mouth.

"Close your eyes baby and when I say run you run to the car. Promise me that you do that" her voice was shaky but I nodded and hugged her. This was my fault. Dad would die because of me!

I heard the gunshot and automatically I covered my head in Emma's arms.

Daddy was dead because of me. Why did he deserved that? He always was good for me even when I caused too much troubles for him. I should have died instead of him. I was the one who caused all this pain.

I looked up to see the truth. To see that my dad who gave me all his love and attention was dead...

But I had to follow dad's words. I'd be happy and save with Emma. We were a family now... Without daddy.
